do people pay special for these pickups that are not normal weekly trash can garbage?. we don't have this kind of trash truck here,, just robot arm trucks.. we just have to take that stuff to a landfill,

No it’s free, basically take-all collection but bulk separate from regular trash

It was probably busted up or cracked in a bad place. Everything dies, even trash cans
