Restaurant 1861 | Abergavenny, Wales, UK

My fellow foodie, Charlie, recommended that we dine at Restaurant 1861 because he told me they are Michelin-Star-Worthy. Dining here was such a privilege and pleasure. Certainly deserve at least 2 Michelin-Stars. An amazing Dinner and Sunday Roast that I will always remember.
Chef Simon King worked at various Michelin-Star establishments, most notably, The Waterside Inn, and has opened Restaurant 1861 with his wife.
If you ever get a chance to come out to Wales, this a restaurant that you must not miss.

U dont have many views which I'm not sure y I have loved every video I watched especially ur one buddy that's super quiet until he gets wine drunk then he starts talking to everyone 😂love it. I have always enjoyed watching tasting menu restaurant experiences especially when there isnt a stupid background music playing or anything that interrupts the experience. So keep up the great videos hopefully ur channel will continue to grow.
