@Yoda Jedi @Yoda Jedi One purpose of uploading videos on youtube is not just to brag that you invented or know something. Other peoples reason is to share knowledge and inform people who does not know about this kind of creativity. People like you are the ones who discourage and ridicule people, this make greate ideas just stays in their heads and not be inveted nor developed.

I believe that air will be pumped until the water bottle is filled with water. In this case, a volume of 500ml bottle+volume of siphon and it will take few minutes for filling. Once the bottle is filled, have to invert to release the water in to aquarium and that also would take few minutes. So an attender is required continuously to keep that working. Everybody in the comments section appreciated and puzzles me whether this has really helped. Title says " DO NOT USE ELECTRICITY" and this is no way an alternative.

I think this is a complete solution for a pump for fish tank without using electricity. Good! When water flow from the tank to the bottle it pushes air in the bottle to the fish tank. When the bottle is full, reverse the flow of water ( from the bottle back to the tank) which is still good as air is pump to the water in the bottle (which flows back to the tank). Good!

      YOU ARE WRONG.
If that were the case two bottles despite being in whichever orientation would only double its oxygenizing power but not it's duration.
THE only way your idea would work is that the two bottles must be deliberately timed to start when one bottle ended and had some automation mechanic wherein the two bottles would switch places instantly when both bottles reach their transformative forms (Air bottle fills with water and Waterbottle fills with air) and (proceeding with timed start) the bottles are put in their desired positions to provide oxygen.
But the mere fact that one must put some kind of timer and create an automated mechanism (or even physical mechanism) would destroy its appeal to be made as it is advertised as low cost snd maintenance and your idea also suggests some kind of no electricity automated mechanism then it simply wont appeal and your idea is breaking the universal law of the law of conversation of mass - like a perpetual motion machine which proves that your idea is both wrong and breaking.

Now set it up with an auto flood and drain to empty when it gets full and loop the procedure
    Like an aquaponics siphon.

Can use multiple bottles, lined up like dominos. Once 1st bottle is full, will knock next bottle and start bubbling. Can use up to many bottles lasting 8 hours.
Downside is once you come home from work in the evening, the tank will be dry and all the fish plastered on the tank's wall.

But even still, silicone would probably be better. Hot glue doesn't hold up long in water.
