    This doesn't feel like a very good explanation. Right from the start there was little to no explanation given on what capex or opex is supposed to be. Then as the explanation with apartments went on it was a almost nonsensical metaphor. What do service charges even mean here? VMs vs containers could've been differentiated much more as they were almost identical
