I was surprised this match was left out of Full Swing. It was shocking.
The Yanks don't want to relive such an ass whooping
Koepka didn’t prepare, he didn’t care. He’s loyal to Saudi Arabia not the USA.
I can definitively say this record won’t ever be broken. Viktor and Ludwig into the history books. What an unreal performance..!
The only ways is literally to go 10 up over 10 holes so 10 & 7 😅😅😅
Ludvig*
It may be broken, but it won't be broken by essentially two rookies vs the world number 1 and a 5 time major winner. THAT is what makes this so impressive.
@@MegaHariboboy «Essentially two rookies» or a rookie and the reigning FedEx Cup champion, world No 4 and three time winner on Tour this season?
@@michaelsteven5504No, you can go 10&8 or 9&8. Going 10&7 is not possible.
this was against two world number 1s and Aberg just got out of college, makes this even more surreal.
19 mins from this match is impressive
This was the match I was waiting to be uploaded! Thankfully we can watch this piece of history over and over again. Just insane what happened in this match 🤪
19 minutes? Nice, the full broadcast!
9/7 wow ! That was a thrashing ⛳
Ryder Cup is definitly the most amusing golf competion.
Luke and the Vice Captains knew exactly what they were doing when they put these two Vikings together! Amazing 🙌👏👌
What a demoralizing defeat for two of the best players on the American side. Especially after getting hammered by Europe on Friday. Hats off to Viktor and Ludvig.
Åberg’s swing is scary simple. He will be a force on the tour
Smashed! Will be watching this one again over the years, it will never get old...🤣
This was such a bad morning for Scheffler & Koepka that even their first tee intro got slightly fumbled. 😂
Viktor seriously looked so tiny next to Aberg, during the opening hole announcement ;> 😂
Hovland and Aberg are the best par of golf now❤❤❤❤❤
Proud of my fellow norwegian champion!
The second shot on hole 9 from Åberg 285y from fairway, perfect lay up and he is not happy about it😂 Amazing 12.05min
This was the best beat down I have ever seen…congrats to the champions.
I have been waiting for this footage.
Man Scottie really dropped the ball for us. Can’t blame brooks for it when Scottie can’t hit a fairway, can’t hit a green from 10 yards, and can’t make a 5 footer
Lmao Brooks did nothing to help either.....water...snap hook drives.....I'd have a hard time playing with that crap too
@@shammisworld2916 if you look at the first couple holes, pretty much all the good shots came from Brooks. It’s understandable to get frustrated past that when you’re playing with the world number 1.
@@jazzyjay4595 The only good shot I saw was hole 5 from USA team. It was Scottie driving the green....
@@tomvankamperdijk4392 hole 2, brooks hits a fairway, Scottie does a helicopter finish to miss the green and short side then really bad. Bad lie, short sided, green sloping away from them. Brooks puts it to 7/8 feet, Scottie misses the putt lol. What else could brooks have done there?
@@tomvankamperdijk4392 I’m sure I could keep finding more examples, that took 30 seconds
As soon as I saw Scottie practicing with his blade putter earlier that week, I knew USA were a man down! 😂
Viktor is the #1 in the world. Aberg has a brilliant future. Embarrassing game for BK and SS.
Viktor is the best now
This was so amazing
“Play better” - Brooks Keopka
Victor...we are love you...golf golf golf

"Mismatch number two..."
That tee shot at 4
Scheffler himself summed it up nicely on the 11th tee “shit”.
Did they miss the end of the 7th hole? Skips from being 4 to 5 up?
No 42 second highlights package?
So compared with the last record of 7&6, 9&7 is so much bigger, mathematically at least. In ratio's of rounds tied/won, it's 5/7 vs. 2/9, a factor of about 3.2. I couldn't find a scorecard on the wiki for the match of the previous record, did both teams win rounds that match?
The single most impressive domination I've been able to witness live. H O L Y S H I T it felt so good to be vindicated in what I've been saying for a while now. Viktor is the World #1
Now I know why they were singing USA teriffied Europe on fire !
I wonder what Koepka was thinking during this lol
what a whoopin'
Scottie needs longer spikes, metal even, if allowed. Dude's got more sliders than Whitecastle🍔
The only two scores that can beat this is 9&8 and 10&8.
And according to the wiki, those scores have only been achieved in a 36-hole format. This match stands alone in 18 holes.
But how do you get 10&8 i thought you could only get 10&7
@@michaelsteven5504You win the first 10 holes, meaning there are 8 holes left after you win the 10th hole.
I still remember how brutal it was watching this at an American club house
This ruins the myth that the pga tour have the best players
How
The Vikings went moich on their asses.
Brooksie gotta be all time bad team player, even talks shit without talking shit on his comrades by telling the entire LIV to play better to qualify 😂😂
Pretty shocking they aren't showing any of Koepka's good shots here for obvious reasons, played a lot better than Scottie. Annoying they aren't going to show it.
Why would you show good shots when your team is getting smacked hard
so in soccer if someone wins 4-1 you aren't going to show all the goals? @@Machozz
How could you miss Hovland's drive on 5th?
The 2 Norsemen of the apocalypse
Making history the wrong way
Hilarious! Scheffler putting like a +28 golfer partnered with a golfer that can't hit fairways. Not the most ideal foursomes pairing from Zach.
On paper it should have worked but in practise well.....😂
Surprisingly, Brooks was hitting most of the fairways 😂 Scottie just couldn’t do anything
This is a bitter pill for the US champs. I wonder if the lack of accuracy is caused by those many US courses where you can hit it anywhere and still be fine. 🤔
The Europeans plays on the same courses at the PGA tour so not exactly an excuse to use…
The course was specifically altered to leverage the bigger dispersion of tee shots, as data showed that to be a weak point of team USA.
Wrong. BK and SS just played like garbage that day. The very next day Koepka boat raced Aberg in the singles easily on the same course so it just proves golf is a funny game sometimes.
Exactly this. Brooks and Scotty just had a terrible day here. Unfortunate timing, but it happens. @@SiLoMixMaster

That's a paddlin'
Scottie Scheffler must have not gotten *ANY* birthday presents when he was a kid
Definitely didn't get a putter.
Looked like some of the Phil & Tiger fiascos
Lickinz!!!!
Maybe next Ryder Cup the US will actually show up.
They only show up in the US, never in Europe
Scottie and his putting, something very wrong at least atm...he is best ball striker (1st) and (51 in putting)
Massacre
how is scheffler world no.1 please explain? for the whole 19 mins he's been slicing his drives, missing 5 footers , overweighting his chips the only good shot was from hole 5 where he drove the green.
You still think hes not #1 ?
How is this dude number one in world he can’t make a 5 footer
wow.What happened there?
The American players were gutted in the 90's, and never recovered. Totally without courage at all.
9/7 hold that
Two good club pros coulda beat those two that day lol
Losing 9 and 7 wouldn’t be that bad if my dog and I couldn’t have lost 10 and 8. What an embarrassment.
One of the worst Foursome performances there's ever been from 2 of the best players in recent years......at least Brooks got revenge in the singles by boat racing Aberg easily, but Scheffler crying in that buggie basically summed up the Yanks overall when it came to the alt shot format on this course, disastrous
Those EU fans are real classy.
11:21 America is like "how is this even a legal grass".... well , we play on it every, single, day. Your golf courses in USA allow huge mistakes on accuracy and still give you absolutely brilliant to play on roughs. Well, not here in Italy, and I guess in many other European countries.
If you go in the rough, you won't shot under par easily.
Scheffler on the 11th tee "Shit". Personally I didn't think he played well enough to be classed as "Shit". It was far worse than that mate.
Thank you for showing all the bad shots from USA
Well they lost by quite a margin
@@DavidsPredatorfiske One of my pet peeves from the PGA Tour "highlight videos" is that they do not show any bad shots from key contenders that have a huge impact on who wins
The bad shots absolutely need to be shown because they are a big part of the story
A demolition. Embarrassing moment for Team USA.
The Americans didn't show up... the Europeans played well after the 4th hole.
Very good performance. The Americans played like two amateurs. Embarrassing
Crazy to think a guy could win the PGA championship and play so bad a couple months later.
Then play great the very next day when he boat raced Aberg who just boat raced him in the Foursomes with Hovland.....it's funny how golf works sometimes.
If only the Americans had joined in and had a proper laugh at all the booing when their names were announced, instead of standing there, stoney faced, they'd surely have benefited from some good karma. They just don't get banter do they - it's like they're all hurt and offended. Cheer up, join in, enjoy it!
It really wasn't all that impressive. Euros were solid. Americans were horrible. Did they shoot 42 on the front and then throw in a triple at 11?
I was surprised aberg was picked tbh. The polish guy can't remember his name but he has won at this course in the Italian Open just a few weeks before. I personally thought he would have got the nod over aberg but no.
Hovland played great, Åberg ok but considering he is first year pro. But Scottie and Brooksie.. played just horrible. Then you get a score like this.
USA lost because each player got so pride instead of team working.
This US display was an absolute trainwreck. I cant imagine doing so bad myself, just wow. Only thing I didnt like about the Rydercup is that Koepka got to win his single. That guy deserves no credit whatsoever
Was an embarrassment for the US
Really a bad US pairing
So embarrassing for the Americans. They played really poorly...
Embarrassing.
The Americans lost the match. They played horribly, both of them. Bad shot after bad shot. Unreal.
the Europeans played well, but the Americans played atrociously... going dormie-8 is insane...
I think they got help from above it is the only explanation!
JAJAJAJA
I can definitively say this record won’t ever be broken. Viktor and Ludwig into the history books. What an unreal performance..!
