You're totally right about not pushing yourself too hard. I hear people telling me to push myself too the limit and I'm thinking, "Would you tell someone with an illness and a weak body to do this?" Ten days ago, my resting pulse was 145! (That was day 5.) I'm easing back into things. It's nice to see someone giving that advice. Take care of yourselves, everyone! Listen to your body. (Unless it's screaming for Suboxone!)
