My psychiatrist (who is also a sleep scientist) literally ‘prescribed’ me power naps when I have that post lunch slump around 2 PM Sometimes I don’t even fall asleep but the 20-25 minutes of relaxation without a screen does help me

Since I also have a somewhat flexible schedule as far as time…I force myself to wake up by 6:30am and the first thing I do is go to the gym or go for a walk, this gives me a consistency every day and boosts my energy to get ready for the day! It’s not easy but if you keep it up long enough your body will start naturally getting up early, going to sleep early is key though! I feel wayyyy more productive doing this. I am such a morning person now and I honestly love it!! Good work! Keep it up!

I been waking up a 6 am for about 2 months now, so i was so excited to see you post a video about your experience. I mostly been using the extra hours to take the morning slow and just spend the time getting ready at my own pace and journaling. I definitely want to find better ways to spend those hours in the morning maybe incorporate more of my admin work/computer work into that routine as well.
I just started a new morning routine! I've been doing it for about 2 weeks and it's actually going really well. I am not a morning person, so not having to think about what I'm doing while still making the most of my morning has been a game changer. Love the video!!
I started getting up at 6 as well so difficult plus it’s been cold 🥶 but I found that I was able to get things accomplished while still tired but I think trying to going to bed on a certain time just to balance the sleep schedule…but I think over time my body will get with program lol love your videos ❤

Daylight Savings has begun in the UK now so yeah, getting super dark evenings and much nicer mornings, so trying to start that early routine might be good for me. I have Chronic Fatigue sadly so sometimes the sleepy feelings are just too much to fight through, but I do like the idea of having check ins with friends and getting the admin stuff out of the way first. This was an excellent video, and very blessed with Earl coming to sit by you 😭❤
it feels so nice to have more daylight! I think it's important to take the naps you need to get through the day. When I wake up at 6am I do usually take a 15 minute power nap to get back some energy~

I tend to do a lot of cleaning, cooking and adulting stuff early (even on week-ends) so usually by 9h-9h30 am I'm done and ready for breakfast/the rest of my day 😄 Hope you manage to continue and that you enjoy it !!!

I think being self employed for a while now, the biggest thing I struggle with is routine! and separating work and life is even harder, so something about waking up earlier then the sun makes me feel like there is time to slowly start my day :)
