I’ve read a few times pac wanted the 7 day theory to be a free mixtape kinda thing originally. While one nation would be the third album for the contract.
I don’t think that’s correct. One Nation was going to be another double album, so if Makaveli hadn’t have been counted, One Nation would have counted as the third and fourth albums for Death Row, but Pac only owed DR three albums. Makaveli was supposed to be the third and final album, but you’re right that Pac originally intended Makaveli to be an underground album. DR had other ideas after he died though.
While what Delray is saying is correct, it contradicts Tupacs own words and actions. In an interview on the set of Gang Related, he said 'Thats my job, to do whats best for all of Death Row' 'Death Row will never be weak...we will always have our honor' 'me and suge will always do business together, forever'. 2pac estate has it. He went to a judge and got it with permission from the estate. Those are real legal documents . Del ray is a long friend to Pac family. They worked on many records together.

Those documents wouldn't be included with articles of incorporation for ODG, nor any of the ones he keeps referring to. Does that mean Suge had a serious motive for getting rid of Tupac? But, for me, the fact that he was shot at the same time as Tupac puts him above suspicion. Each year, there is a new version (of the facts) which contradicts the others. This story is complicated and we will never know the truth.
It does provide suge to be a useful idiot. David Kenner and Reggie wright executed the hit. Suge might have been complicit or he could have been expendable. And seeing his condition in life now, I'd say he was expendable as well.
I do believe Pac was going to start his own label but I don’t believe he would have Cut all ties to Death Row and Suge . I think he would have cut all ties to Interscope eventually. This explains why Suge knight was giving Tupac all that so called "attention" when he was with them during that time.
Reggie Wright Jr somewhere like 👀🤔
He will be responding soon😂

So now I understand. The infamous "contract on the napkin," was confirmation of Pac agreeing to being managed by Suge Knight and Death Row. Death Row was just an imprint connected to Interscope, which was the distribution. But the real distribution, contractually, really came from Warner Bros. Strange how these contracts work.

@@moneymatters8457 I'm sorry but I can't see how a guy go from 12 months ago saying he wanted to "join the family" and then saying "eff y'all in Death Row" by August. LOL that's Delray's (and a lot of other folks') fantasies.
@@timmy841212 I mean yall act like it wasn’t Pac not feeling Snoop sending love to Biggie, and the East coast. After Pac died, everyone left DR and it pretty much became irrelevant by 2000. @@YaYa_1435 How you know this? No one on DR has ever confirmed that.
I’ve read a few times pac wanted the 7 day theory to be a free mixtape kinda thing originally. While one nation would be the third album for the contract.
Pac never wanted that
@@damaged2810 yes he did.
Got proof of that?
That's true, Makaveli was going to be a free mixtape. The dude who did the artwork for the Makaveli album said the same, and Reggie Wright.
This was 2 weeks before the Vegas shooting.
That’s game.when Jimmy said that they gave money to Death Row to get him In the documentary , everybody said Jimmy was lying. This man is telling the truth.
You're leaving out the part that 2pac at some point wasn't happy an he wanted his Master's which he was denied access to at Can Am, and that he had Deathrow audited for an accounting of his money

Talking to a stupid person is like talking to a wall. I 100% believe everything from Delray. We will never truly know Pac besides what people tell us about him or what he says in music. With that, people need to keep an open mind.
@@1deep803 can’t believe no man 100% especially when their speaking on another man life lol. Only person I would believe %100 is the man himself, and in this case , Pac is not here to speak for himself…
Its funny how there are people mad at Delray for providing proof of what he says compared to other guests that only use their relationship with Pac and DR as proof.
Except for the fact that he didn't prove anything in terms of Interscope assigning rights to Death Row. Those documents wouldn't be included with articles of incorporation for ODG, nor any of the ones he keeps referring to. All he has to do is not show those documents, which he isn't and is saying the rights weren't assigned. Meanwhile, Reggie Wright oversaw everything for Death Row Records for 5 years and would've had access to any legal documents or paperwork related to 2Pac while he was signed to Death Row.
@@udstyle How dare you believe someone who had access to all of Death Row's Official documents and contracts!? You should be believing people like Delray and Gobi 😂😂

Reggie is the police. Don't ever trust a cop.
Reggie be lying and trying to cover up stuff
Does that mean Suge had a serious motive for getting rid of Tupac?
But, for me, the fact that he was shot at the same time as Tupac puts him above suspicion.
Each year, there is a new version (of the facts) which contradicts the others.
This story is complicated and we will never know the truth.
It does provide suge to be a useful idiot. David Kenner and Reggie wright executed the hit. Suge might have been complicit or he could have been expendable. And seeing his condition in life now, I'd say he was expendable as well.
How is he getting all this paperwork? Just asking🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
He got no power he's dead all these guys making pointless videos so the can make money off Pacs name. Let him rest
Which is so ironic. Talking about a “what could’ve been” situation over and over again…
I do believe Pac was going to start his own label but I don’t believe he would have Cut all ties to Death Row and Suge . I think he would have cut all ties to Interscope eventually. Pac in my eyes would have become more of a Producer and managed Artist through his Label and Death Row but Acting, Directing & Creating/Producing/Writing films would have been is Main focus & where we would have seen *Tupac’s* *True* *Potential* . The world would have been in his Hands .
But I he was going to cut ties with interscope, he would have to cut ties with death row because interscope was the parent company to death row
@@sjw4life546 that's not true. They could've done things through priority or something like that. Pac was NOT leaving deathrow at all. he had big plans for deathrow it's documented through his own words and writing

It’s a difference between knowing you have power and actually using that power. We all love Pac but we all also know that no human is perfect. 2pac, like MANY other artists in the 90s, were great at making MUSIC, but not so much in BUSINESS. Had more artist had honest and straightforward people in their circle to break things down back in those days, you wouldn’t have so many of artist of that era coming out saying they never got paid.
That's still the majority of artists today, unfortunately!!!
@Ez Money Sniper yes, that might be true for the first, or maybe even the second album, but by the third album, most real men will make sure they are not being phucked out of their money. You talk as if Tupac was a dummy. You should know better than that

I wonder why Reggie Wright Jr talks bad on anyone that tells the truth.
Cuz hes a habitual liar
If this is the case how did Suge and Deathrow withheld recordings/Masters from 2Pac??
Bc it's not the case at all. Documents involving assigning rights to another label wouldn't be included in what he is showing you in this video. Afeni wouldn't have been able sue Death Row back in 97 if they didn't own the rights to his music and Suge wouldn't have been able to sell the songs he still owned for Afeni to put together the "Pac's life" album in the 00's.
