Hi! just a question; why do enemies deal ALOT of damage to my characters? all my characters are lv 1 or 2, due to hacks. Pls help>

If you have set the diffciulty to an high number, all enemies have lots of hp and damage, check that out (its called "diff" in the save file notepad thingy)

is there a way to edit slasher to have a higher chance to hit

Slasher is a set-damage RNG-based attack. It's hard-coded to behave the way it does, so the only way you'd be able to change it is to modify the game's code and not the save files.
