One of my favorite military philosophies is Generals are always planning the last war... Seriously were nuts as a species... I know all the talk is about ww3 and nukes and fall out shelters.... But the species is so nuts it sorta inadvertently planned for world war four and five... Basically generals on all sides calculated how many people needed to repopulate world Indoor growing spaces and green energy systems Bunker complexs Then...the idea that a 1000 years after the nukes fell all sides would have to emerge from the bunkers to fight for species control thus requiring stock piles of future weapons and tractors and infrastructure equipment required to rebuild society in 1000 years from now faster than opposing factions of ww3...

In case of this, I think that only unnuked North India would survive (south'll suffer from tsunamis, I guess). But if not, then Chile have great chances to survive.
