- Maintenance Planning & Scheduling is one of the 4 Essential Elements on the Road to Reliability™. Without an effective maintenance planning & scheduling process, you’ll never achieve high reliability.

This would be in a perfect world. Lots of variables that can impede this process. Awesome video and it’s a victory when the process works out
Thanks Blake - it is to some degree a perfect world, but in reality once the process has been setup and implemented well, our clients will make this work most of the time. However, there will always be weeks when things go wrong and the weekly schedule blows up due to a major failure or plant upset. That's life. When that happens it's all about how we deal with that so we can recover and get the following weeks back on track.
Excellent video, congratulations!!

Is FM planner job same as in video ?
The concept for planning and scheduling in Facilities Management is the same as it is all about eliminating waste in our work processes, but how the planning & scheduling process gets implemented in the organisation is often a bit different in the FM world compared to a large, complex industrial. Do get in touch with us if you want to know more.
@@ReliabilityAcademy I am a commerce graduate, I know MS Project
@@Farsath999 OK, so that is quite different. Even in a Facilities Management (FM) environment we would expect and recommend that the maintenance is managed via a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and not via MS Project.
I will use this video to explain the work to employees... Ok? Thank you all
Of course, no problem! You can also use the sample course videos that are on our website: reliabilityacademy.com/planning-scheduling-online-training/
