A gift or a lesson - I like that so much. I learn something new from each of your videos Brother Tim; turn away from the naysayers and their cruelty for we are your family. Love always brother.

The general populous is still fiercely critical of addiction. We have to quit vilifying addicts. Actions have consequences, but having lived with an alcoholic and watch her ultimately succumb to it, no - I don't believe people CHOOSE or WANT to be an alcoholic. Trauma breeds these addictions and other mental illnesses. It's not clear, cut and dry for us outsiders to see someone with a drinking problem and scoff, assuming they're a lush, a druggy, bad with money, etc. It's not black and white with addiction. There's so much more beneath the surface; there's pain. Tim, keep fighting the good fight, sir.
Agree with everyone on here. Never listen to trolls. If mother teresa was alive and had a RUclips channel she would have them. Some just live to put others down and some are so down on their selves they take it out on otheres. Either way just let them pass by like thoughts in meditation.🙏 Side note. Have you tried meditation with binaural beats. Really helps me. I find it really difficult to block out the noises of the world so these tones helped a lot.👍
Well done my friend, your looking great. I love your honesty and you just are a genuine person, very humble and very intelligent. Still disappointed about you being a Liverpool fan! ......maybe a change to Crystal Palace will be a good thing 😆🇬🇧🙏
Great to see you back Tim! You're looking well! Your honesty is commendable and please don't underestimate how powerful your message is, you should be very proud of how honest and brave you have truly been and how inspiring your journey is to so many! Exercise (twice a day!) and gratitude work are my daily keeping sane tools. Thanks so much and have a great day 😀
Good to hear from you. You mention people questioning your motives and for your own ego etc. Got me thinking, how do you think ego and recover fit together? Do you feel you need to lose all ego in order to recover? OR do you need to build your ego up again?
I think ego or self can affect recovery . If I follow my ego it gets me in trouble! I think it’s better to build your confidence up slowly and self esteem! Diet , exercise, helping others and passing the message on all helps with that ! Take care my friend 🙏🏼
Thanks Tim, I've been smoke and drink free for 75 days now, I'm recording videos of my journey and it's helping me not to relapse. Thanks for the dose of motivation.
❤ everything that happens in our lives is either a gift or a lesson...I love it!!❤hey everybody please ask Jesus into your heart today while you still have time ❤
Yes, anger is for me a massive trigger for drinking. For example I'm being treated like a piece of shit by temp work agencies that's clearly one of the reasons I drink, and then I become even more angry/resentful. (and to be honest it's quite legit those people are truly assholes, but I can't afford to get mad at them...)
My Mentor that served in Nam recently passed away at 75. The heroin kept him alive for two years as a "Tunnel Rat". He was awarded the purple heart. They prescribed him Oxy's for pain. He never took them. He did need his morning cigarette though. He was happy taking his cigarettes over the opiates. Much love 💕 from Salt Lake City, Utah.
I can't understand why anyone would make negative comments you're a wonderful human being and an inspiration ❤ You're very humble and honest

Missing your updates Tim. Please post when you can, whatever you can. No matter what, many of us are encouraged and care.
Life with a addiction is like living life with a huge monkey on our backs its all about learning to controle that monkey.
You've saved my life buddy! I'm sorry I didn't contribute sooner.
Thanks my friend 🙏🏼 I appreciate that !

LOL Tim. I'm fan of Wayne Dyer too.
