To not rate something or someone highly, or to underestimate the value, extent, or importance of. Now, I have seen this video, again and again, and I don't underrate, or undervalue it. I love it, it's awesome. The song goes so well with Taehyung. In fact, the song is so much more intense, and it makes the video so much sexier. And obviously I'm not the only person who loves it. So, us viewers aren't underrating it. Now, the people who haven't watched it, are simply just "people who haven't watched it".
