To not rate something or someone highly, or to underestimate the value, extent, or importance of. Now, I have seen this video, again and again, and I don't underrate, or undervalue it. I love it, it's awesome. The song goes so well with Taehyung. In fact, the song is so much more intense, and it makes the video so much sexier. And obviously I'm not the only person who loves it. So, us viewers aren't underrating it. Now, the people who haven't watched it, are simply just "people who haven't watched it". They may not have come across it, they may have not heard of it, they may fancy another member instead of Taehyung...that's a big one, because its important. They, simply, may have just searched "Shameless Jin" or another member. Simple. I know I haven't searched for Jin, or J-Hope or Namjoon or Suga. The people who haven't thought of it yet, aren't under-recognising it, they're simply, just, not thinking of searching for it yet. It may one day, just pop into their heads, like "oh, I'm gonna search shameless with Taehyung". Or they will accidentally come across it. They are just not actively thinking of it yet. I came across this through watching shorts with Shameless playing. And so that led me to search it and just see if there's a full version. And there was! But I wouldn't even have thought of it unless those shorts led my mind to think of it. The viewers aren't underrating it, we rate it highly, obviously. And the people who haven't viewed, don't underrate it either because they haven't viewed it so how can they rate it at all? So, please don't put a sad emoji by your "thank you".
