Assalamualaikum brother! I tried your recipe and i found out some mistakes which i want to share 1. Quantity of besan wasn't accurate which creates problem 2. Flame of stove after adding sheera 3. Quantity of ghee was too much that it becomes halwa and i had to discard alot of ghee 4. If you are making besan and sheera at a same time you have to cook sheera on high flame cause sheera takes lot of time on medium to low flame otherwise cook one after another After handling these difficulties i made it was not in TUKRI form it becomes more like halwa..

After Bhunna besin I add little water n cook on low heat. When all water is dry I add sugar. N again cook about 10/15 minutes. When sugar melts and it’s dry. Spread in a plate n let dry It will give a crispy crunch bite when u eat
