- This video took me like a week to do, because I have too much free time right now :')
But Anyways, I saw sunnyinajar's design of Everfree Sun and thought it looked cool as hell and decided, for some reason, to make an animatic of the song!

Finally watched the original movie AND I NOW UNDERSTAND EVERYTHING 👹
i can image The Creator corrupting Sun's code just to something evil, then Moon, Monty, Lunar(and MAYBE Eclipse, even though i highly doubt he'll ever team up with them or is redeemable at this point) trying to save him from the corruption

Nope I'm pretty sure suns allways been like this and even so most pretty much blame moon for his actions under the influence of his own killcode for years its only fair that sun get blamed for making the choice of putting himself under the influence of mind altering magic.

Ok.......Did anyone else notice that Sun's rays look more like petals than sunrays?
That was actually an intentional choice! In this AU, Sun has undergone a transformation similar to the villain in the MLP Legend of Everfree movie - completely overtaken by this nature magic. Because of this, his body has transformed to look like he does here ^w^

The story behind this is based on the movie this song is from, and the character who sings it reminds me much more of Sun than of Earth. Also - Sun and photosynthesis, I rest my case/j.

Question, does this AU where Sun is/has nature powers have an name? If not, I think the name SunflowerAU would pretty much fit. By just the name FlowerAU my mind imagines them ALL as some kind of flower design inspired animaltronics.

It was meant to be the Jigsaw/Ruin!Eclipse actually 😅 the idea was that after Sun transformed into his current appearance, he immediately apprehended both Eclipse and Jigsaw since he saw them as direct threats.
Jigsaw is just a weirdo and likes it, gives him entertainment

The story is meant to be that Sun snaps and in this AU the Star allows Sun to control the plant life all around him
So Sun doesn’t hate Moon, but he isn’t listening to him or to anyone else as he takes over

Yes that was Ruin!! When I made this animatic, the lore was still vague around Ruin, and Lunar was still dead/not revived yet so he’s not included :)
