I really like that you've been adding some historical events to these videos, it's a cool touch!

Thanks for letting me know. It’s always been interesting to me what might be going on when the clock was out.

I also like it! Whenever I'm reparing (or trying to...) a radio I think about what historical events were heard through it.

Oh that brings back memories as I had that model clock radio as a kid. The noise it made when it was set to wake to buzzer was a jarring way to wake up.

Yeah. Not like these namby-pamby iPhone alarms that softly encourage you to wake. No, it’s like “GET UP Fool! “ Lol.

Great video! Thanks so much! I should have warned about the center "hidden" screw holding the top down and what all the other screws on the bottom went to, but I know you had no problem figuring those out. BTW, I was able to remove the front lens very carefully by using a very small plastic pry tool to lift up the three small lock tabs, I'm sure you've seen them. I have a few of these 104's and a few of their cousins almost identical in style, from Lloyds (1J61G-118X) also Admiral, GE, Sears, JCPenny, and others, it was a popular style with virtually the same guts in all of them Thanks again.

I have a Realistic Chronomatic 110, same one I had since new in either '77 or '78, I honestly don't remember the year. Still running strong. It's a bit noisy at times however...

My folks get all the credit, it was a Christmas gift. But it still is way cool and works flawlessly.

I found some on eBay I've been thinking about getting one but sometimes they have bulbs are burned out so I like to learn how to the bulb.

Hi my "yankee friend"👋,i've got one for you and please be honest...Have you ever dream/nightmare of flip clock and the paradise is probably for you a land with billions and billions of these❓❓...i guess the answer...😅

I have never had a dream about a flip clock- ever. Not sure why. Interesting question.
While I enjoy flip clocks I accept that there will probably be no clocks in paradise.
      Thanks for the comments!
