ingredients:
2 lbs. pork belly, cubed
6 cloves garlic, crushed
3 tablespoons soy sauce
5 tablespoons white vinegar
4 teaspoons patis
1/2 teaspoon cracked peppercorn
3/4 cup pineapple juice
3 tablespoons cooking oil

content wise and unlike other youtuber na cooking channel, sainyo po yung accurate, detailed, at wala ng chismis chismiss pa. i will share this to other social platform because mas deserve niyo po ng mas maraming subs. :)

6 years ago 2014 since I start to get my apartment and cook by myself, dito ako natuto mag luto watching his videos kahit kabisado ko na yung process gusto ko pa din nanunuod ng videos nya pang motivate ba while i’m cooking. Thank you Panlasang Pinoy super catchy everu videos for beginners. Tuwang tuwa boyfriend ko watching me kada magluluto ako tapos naka play yung video hahaha. 🥰🥰🥰🥰

At this point po, since I discovered this recipe adobo it’s been the most favourite to my family. Reminds me of my Dad’s ilocano adobo which my mom always asked my dad to cooked. Unfortunately both of them already gone and didn’t impart the recipe. And guessed what.. I found you Panlasang Pinoy!!! This is exactly what I wanted like 👍 my dad’s adobo. I tried it and my 3 boys got addicted immediately the 1 kg of pork NOT enough for them haha 😂 Huge thanks Sir I truly love your chanel as I can pick up any recipes I like to cook from it. This is how we are cooking Pork adobo but we are also using chopped onions and chili for a bit of heat, instead of just garlic. We love adobo especially in the morning because we are using adobo oil to cook garlic rice. Serve it with coffee or hot choco. Yum!

this is how i make my pork belly adobo, only difference is that i start out "crispytizing" the meat before I add everything else - except the bay leaves, me no like bay leaves. This version of pork adobo is my favorite. I'm not a fan of "souply" kind of adobo. I like on the dry side, with just enough sauce and fat. the fat...yum....save the rest of the fat to use for fried rice.....Yummy!!!
