I’m from a family of 12, 8 girls and 4 boys….and ONE bathroom. I agree with you, it is a huge learning experience and I never felt deprived of anything. The 12 of us were born in 13yrs with 1 set of twins and now we are all best friends. ❤
My parents lost a 17 month old child before I was born. My Dad would drink and cry about her well after I married. He really didn't have any agency or any professional help back then and it was frowned upon. Last 10 years of his life he started going to church and quit drinking. 😊😊
There is five of us roughly 2.5 years apart 3 older sisters 1 younger brother We were different and alike We knew how to behave when going somewhere My dad ruled with fear Would I change anything Probably not
My theory is that the most successful marriages are when the benefits of the union are self-satisfying to each person. Outside recognition is not necessary or effective.
You sound dumb. They have like 10 kids, and just had another. Nobody unhappy keeps having that many kids together. Seems like maybe you are projecting your life onto others. If you do not know, that is Rachel from one of the first seasons of The Real World on MTV, and he was on The Real World a few years later, and then they were both on Road Rules in like 1998, and have been together since then. Maybe they say they're happy because they actually are. People literally seen them meet and fall in love on TV. Not sure if you ever seen the Real World season with Puck, and there was the girl that kissed Puck, that is her..
Exactly...Watch how she reacts when he interrupts her; It's obvious who wears the pants in the relationship...Most couples who talk about their 'great relationship' are trying to convince themselves & others of their own BS.
You need to substitute happy with long, married 34 years here I can say it isn't always happy. The key for our long marriage is complete and total honesty. That said my wife has five siblings and I have four so there may be something to the study.
@@deanschneck723 I wondered about tht! I mean i can tell they’re both very much in love with each other - but who takes care of all the kids while they’re both always working and traveling????!!
@@mistyviolet3825 Yes, both of them work at a TV station in New York. I would venture to say their children attend private schools. They must have nannies, cooks, housekeepers, gardeners, etc. They make a lot of money, therefore they can afford 12 children. I tend to think Rachel does not do the laundry or wash dishes.
Thank you and good bless your family…I stumbled upon your pot cast 4 or 5 weeks ago. Marriage is a struggle and it takes work you both encourage me 🫶🏻. I knew that marriage is a lot of work, because my parents been married for 46 years, but with the culture today is easy to say “I’m done with you I don’t need a husband”. It’s so not true!! HAPPY ANNIVERSARY 🎉
This makes sense and also having a bigger family also make a marriage more likely to survive and prosper. If you’re busy taking care if your family, you don’t have time to be selfish and worry about poor poor me.
Makes a lot of sense - if someone comes from a big family then it’s more likely their parents stay married , were happy, & the kids were raised in a stable & happy home. I think marrying the right Godly person & having plenty of kids is the secret to a happy life !
▶️ Saw your interviews with Lou Valentino. I really think Fox should consider making Lou their Trump Rally Correspondent! 🇺🇸 Love the authenticity and insight he offers. How could we make it happen?! 🇺🇸
What may stress out couple's on the raising a family will turn to the very meaning of responsibility and protection, First time i held my daughter I was all in, Nobody else will raise my responsibilities, if (whoever) is around and wants to help or what, thats fine too, But My kids will grow up knowing that ya plant a stop sign right in the middle of a mouth breather's face if they get within arms reach!
The key to any happy marriage is....not to have anything in common. I certainly don't want to live with another me. 25 years of wonderful blessed life with my loved one...and counting.Opposites attract. Period.
I dunno but I remember somewhere there being this like super old book that talks about stuff like this. Being happy with full quivers and other boomer weirdness. So like this isn't like new news. Right?
@@jc9716 - Aaawe! So cute. You thought I was serious? Maybe I assume too much but that is an awful lot of capital letters and exclamation points. Yeah, tone is hard to convey... live and learn.

She's a very dominant lady, she cut him off and started talking, and never even let him finish his point...
Rachel...for the love of God, let the man finish a sentence...lol
As she keeps interrupting him. Handles it like a champ 😂
It appears he is used to it!😂

Trust and respect are they keys. When either or both are lost the relationship suffers incredibly regardless of how many kids you have.

May our Lord continue to bless you both and your entire family.❤️
That's interesting...I can see some of this actually being a likelyhood of a smaller divorce rate.

Ohio State University? The place that Gym Jordan ignored his students being abused?
Did he ignore it?
Or, was he a sight-seer?

Always have loved this down to earth genuinely in love with each other couple!❤❤😊😊
Sean & Rachel - You can afford a large family - Many people cannot.
Hate to break your bubble.
One more thought - Both of you do not spend all day/every day with your children.

Not true, here in California many Middle Eastern refugee families have many kids and have nice cars, lots of grocery bags, and places to live.
Love,love them both!
Marriage is not the only with to live a life of service and connection. A.A. has helped me as a single male tremendously!

Only 1 way to happy marriage is the man in charge a woman should never be in charge
I remember watching these 2 on Road Rules Season 1, they were always good together.
They weren't on Road Rules. They met on the challenge. They're both real world alumni.
Thank you for this ! What a wonderful example you are to so many.
A wonderful message keep it up we have developed a very selfish population.

Hi Rachel! Who takes care of all the kids when both of you are on TV with multiple shows??? (And travel for work so much!) how do you do it all?!😅
LOL my butt off these two trying to tell me how about a happy marriage give me a break to stooges😂
Rachel always has a little smile. Seems great.

I wish I had come from a big family and that I had a big family as well. Love your message ❤️
Making a marriage work requires each spouse to be humble, listen and admit when you are wrong….that’s just to start.
Love the Duffys. I first watched them on Road Rules together!
When she said: yeah you were in incredible shape. You were amazing. I could see some drool coming out 😂
You gave this 34 minutes and Gutfeld only 13 minutes?
Fox is pathetic. They cry about budlight and won't report on racist text found sent by most of Antioch Police
Thanks, but my wife assures me I'm happy already.

No, she didn’t.
She didn’t get the job.
