15-20 reps - Catch Phase Only
15-20 reps - Diagonal Phase Only
15-20 reps - Extension (finish) Phase Only
15-20 reps - Full Pull Fly (all 3 together in unison)
40 reps (20 each arm, alternating) - Freestyle, with underwater recovery
