Inside Royal Berkshire: Rainbow Nursery

Welcome to Inside Royal Berkshire. In each episode we will showcase some of the different teams that work here across the trust. Our first episode features our Rainbow Nursery. 🌟
The Rainbow Nursery is a 59-placed nursery that is exclusively for the staff at the trust. A team of 18 staff provides daily care to children from the ages of 3 months up to five years. The nursery houses three large rooms called Hedgehogs, Foxes and Owls and a large outdoor garden space.
In this episode, we meet Maria who has been working at the nursery for 24 years, Kerry and Lisa who both joined in 2004 as apprentices, and Daisy and Aisha who joined the nursery last year as apprentices. 💙
