As I said before: My abuelita used to tell me "You ever feel like something is preventing you from doing something? That may be a spirit preventing you from having the same fate as them" And being the good boi that I am I listened to my grandma and y'all should start believing Eddie when he says "I don't like this shit"
YOOO! My mom said the same thing to me when I was little. She added a little part about respecting spirits which I still do. I try to be polite to them so they don’t follow me
@@TikiWikiWaaah I thought it was common knowledge to respect spirits. Who knows? Maybe they're just lonely and wanna be friends For example: A lady, who I suspect died near where my house is just stands in the corner of your eye and sometimes waves at you and if you're lucky/unlucky (Depending on how you wanna see it) she might play with your hair while you sleep
@@ArmedJade my house is not haunted, cuz it was built less than a year before I was born (2005) and my parents are the first owners. And some nights i also feel something gently pulling/touching my hair, and it feels good actually.
@@ArmedJade seems like she fought you well I was being haunted well not haunted but liek talked to months ago whispering in my ear and feeling the breath do u know what it feels like to sleep infront of a open closet and a window right by your fucking bed but at the end I just said idgaf what u do to me and whenever it started saying my name I just said what’s up 💀
I feel like James really likes them because as he said “Yup!”, it wasn’t like, sarcastic. It was like an excited and happy yup and I think that’s just wholesome
when Eddie was talking about the touch to the back of his head at the women's ward, how he said it didn't feel threatening, it could have been a women who was once a mother and was feeling his fear and discomfort and was trying to comfort him with that gentle touch
I think that James was trying to stop Josh from going to the men's ward because he was a first and victim of the horrors in there. I hope James is able to pass on peacefully and have fun wherever he goes
At 21:34 you could see Eddie shut his eyes after asking for James's favorite food. Just to know that he was afraid of asking a child for his favorite food kind of broke me right there. I don't know if he was actually afraid of asking or if he has something in his eyes or another reason, but I'm going with the afriad reason. The part where he gets touched or patted on the back of his head. He said that it said it felt like a motherly touch. Just a gentle pat. No grabbing, no violence, no harm. He also said he didn't feel threatened. Maybe the thing, ghost, person, I don't know was the caretaker. Maybe the caretaker was trying to comfort Eddie because the caretaker could feel or see his fear. I also think the part where James called for Josh was wholesome. It pretty much shows that James had become attached to Josh in a matter of seconds. Plus, the first name he said was "Josh". Maybe James didn't want Josh to go to the men's ward because of what happened in there. James probably didn't want Josh to share the same fate as him. Maybe that's a reason the door was locked when they tried to leave.
The way James said “Josh!” was just so sad. It was as if he felt attached to Josh, and didn’t want him to leave. It was as if someone’s father left or died, and the child was very close to their father before the father died/left. It sounded as if he were in distress and I was just screaming in my head “if they don’t stay any longer I’m going to cry” because it was just sad. This whole entire situation is sad. The whole entire time I watched that video I was like “they better f**king leave” until they entered the womans ward. I might not have been there but I felt the comfort there. I’ve always been like that. I can feel energy even if it’s through a screen. The poor people who had to go through that. It’s just sad hearing about what happened. I’m surprised I haven’t started crying yet honestly.
@Elizabeth Buffington im a medium myself. And there was so much strong energy in the men's ward but in the women's ward it was a sad energy. I suggest listening to Eddie because some horrifying things happened before I was born. My grandpa had saw the devil before.
I think James isn't who they say they are. Demons like to essentially "cosplay" as things to draw people in. James could've been a possible demon disguising itself as a child who died there. This explains why it liked Josh the most considering the fact that he's the most skeptical out of all of them if I remember correctly. Demons like to connect more to skeptics because they don't believe. The reason why I believe that it was a demon is due to Eddie saying "it" and not "him."
When Eddie said, "It felt like the touch of a mother." I got a theory, what if the thing that touched Eddie's head was actually one of the women who died at the ward, comforting him because she knew he was scared? Hear me out. The children used to run to the women's ward out of fear, so what if the woman who touched his head sensed he was scared and made an attempt to comfort him? Edit: Thank you for the likes! I might get a bit more info and edit it again! Edit 2: Holy shit that got a lot of attention- Thank you for the others with theories as well!! EDIT 3?: I'm updating my theory a bit. Since the children used to run to the women for 'motherly comfort', one of the children could've thought that Eddie looked like one of their fathers. It's just another possibility, and yet again: thank you for all the attention this got!
That actually could be right. Given that this is the Women’s ward, it might as well, be a mother trying to calm down Eddie, because a mother would do that. Edited: Oh wow, never expected this to get liked! Thanks!
The whole situation with james was actually really sad and heart warming like to think you guys were probably some if the only guys to not mistreat him and it makes it even more sad when you think about the fact he was actually comfortable with showing him self and respond to you guy's questions and knowing that makes it even more sad to think about that he might have been the one to lock the door so y'all don't leave him as well as his attempt to call out to Josh I think he actually wanted to talk to you guys some more cause he felt safe around you guys also the whole thing with eddie feeling like someone pat his head I honestly think that that was somone realizing Eddie's destress and patting his head to try and reassure him that the women's ward is safe
When James called out for Josh... I felt like he screamed his name for like "wait please don't leave... I'm lonely" or something like that. I've had child trauma but that Child has more trauma then I could ever have because he was literally raised in an Insane Asylum and he died there. He was alone and I know how being alone can feel. RIP James
Maybe in the women's ward, when you felt your hair being touched, do you think the women were comforting you? You said you felt safer, so perhaps that may be why
He did say he felt more comfortable in the women’s ward, I can imagine that some women there had nothing wrong with them at all and were just sent there because the absurd list of reasons. They may notice he was scared and wanted to comfort him.
I felt so bad for James 😭 If I were there, I would just let the boys go to the men's ward while I'd continue talking to James. He seems like such a sweet kid. Poor little dude :(
Dude I cried watching the James part, I love horror and I don’t cry often, but I also wasn’t sad and the moment that you guys left, I stopped, the “Josh!” From the spirit box was a last, dying call of fear, and panic.
Theory: when Eddie felt someone touch his hair in the woman's ward the children often went to the womans ward because they were scared right. What if a spirit of a woman saw that he was scared and wanted to comfort him like she would do with the other children
Is this stolen? because on the original video, someone said the same thing a week earlier almost word for word. I’m not saying you stole it, I’m just asking if you did or had the same idea
The spirit in the woman's ward was trying to give you a sign you needed to leave. Spirits can pick up on energy we give off. She could tell you where scared and she wanted to keep you safe from the pain of the asylum. She mostly likely seen you as a child that she needed to protect.
After rewatching the James part I can’t help but tear up. It looked like to me that James was looking at you all with curiosity at first before being comforted how you referred to him by name and not as “a spirit” or “it” which often ppl do to spirits/ghosts. Then with Juicy making a joke towards James, maybe the little guy was comforted by being referred to by name/pronoun/as a child. It’s a bit obvious what he could must have gone through in the men’s ward/by men in his time. So James showing up at the door and calling out to Josh and Mully (maybe as friends or brother figures) and answering Juicy’s joke is just James feeling like an actual kid for the first time in who knows how many decades. So proper applause to u and the boys Eddie for being so kind to James of all spirits and all actions u could’ve done in the asylum
21:51 You can see narrator’s expression change from amazed to defensive, he sees someone and is prepared to protect his friends. You know the look, and he’s got it. The way his eyebrows furrowed tells it all
I assume James was friendly seeing he answered your questions and he willingly showed himself which seems like a sign of trust and he called to Josh cause he didn't want to be left alone again because otherwise he has no one to talk to
Hey love your videos and I think you should try to find more haunted places and make at least 3 parts to it because that’ll be a good series just like Sam and Colby and possibly a collaboration with others or some shit just saying and I feel like it’ll a be insane thing to see and could you pin this comment? And I feel like everyone who sees this comment should subscribe to the boys and Eddie. Everyone have a good day😊
He just wanted his friends to stay :( I wish they'd brought gifts for the spirits or something. Especially James because he was able to communicate, he could have accepted or rejected a gift
I genuinely feel so sorry for James. That little boy had to die there like that, in a place like that when he should've been home with his parents. If it were possible, I'd take James' spirit with me so that he wouldn't have to be there anymore. Poor kiddo. He was a genuinely nice sprit, too. Same story for the Women's Ward. Undeserved death.
Eddie your really brave for removing yourself from that situation, I feel like the nurse was comforting you and trying to warn you to leave because she knew you was afraid. Your honestly one of my favorite RUclipsrs and I look up to you and the boys. I'm happy that you can be real with your fans and your truely amazing. ❤
Also are we gonna just ignore that at the 4 minute mark or so of the original video, we see the silhouette of a woman in a doorway when it was Mully's turn to run through the hallway? He literally says "she scared me", meaning the tour guide, but everyone else was like, "what are you talking about?"
I came to this video for this. I saw the lady at 4:44 at 0.25x speed. Have they not talked about this in any of their videos? It Also is more of a shadow dark "silhouette" of a lady.
I actually really want to go into more depth with James's story, as in how he was treated, how he got there and how he died. As this video went on and with the topic of James, I couldn't help but have tears running down my face at the thought of this unfortunate boy.
Eddie you should not have to explain yourself! You made a decision that was right for you and that’s 100% okay to do! No matter what you’re still a loved member of the Boys and a well loved RUclipsr on your own!
Yeah same with the energy sensing thing! I live in a house that's been standing for 100+ years, and there's a specific room (the laundry) where you can definitely feel like something else was there. The sink is against one of the walls, and when you go to wash your hands there, you can always feel something behind you. It's really strange because it feels like it has bad intent - wants to touch you or something, so that when I go to bed I always shut the laundry door, the kitchen door and the passage door, so that there's 3 'blockades' between me and whatever is in the laundry. I don't know if it was something supernatural or a person, but I once saw a dark figure (maybe someone in a hoodie??) standing right outside the kitchen window at night. I looked at it for about 5 seconds before I couldn't see it anymore. About 10 min later, I walked past the lounge sliding doors, and could see the same figure/person's head leaning around the side. Also, between 1pm and 2pm every day, you can hear footsteps pacing up and down the lounge (which is physically impossible because of our furniture). If you stand in the lounge doorway with your back turned, you can still hear it, but as soon as you turn around it goes silent. My younger brother hears the pacing too, and if we're home alone he'll come and sit in my room between 1pm and 2pm because the pacing scares him...
What Eddie was talking about around 16:00 I feel like it kind of adds up if you think hard enough. 1st of all, the area they were in was for the women but they weren't separated by age so there was probably little girls around their too. 2nd of all, Eddie said it didn't feel like a threatening kind of touch but it felt motherly. 3rd of all, Eddie has kinda long hair, so maybe it was a ghost that had a daughter and the ghost liked to play with her daughters hair before she was put into the asylum. So the ghost would've touched the back of Eddie's head remembering what it was like to have touched her daughters hair. Now that I'm reading this all it sounds really crazy but idk.
It doesn’t matter if you’re the “king of horror” the problem with that excuse is that it’s all a game that you can pause, turn off, whatever. If you do not feel comfortable in whatever place you’re in, if you do not feel comfortable around certain people, you have every right to protect yourself and your mental well-being. Eddy, I’m proud that you were able to see and feel the effects of what you were going through and had the courage to remove yourself from that situation before it got worse for you. Absolute respect, king.
I'm honestly glad he did the same because who would have known what would happen that would have been a bad that video to record and I'm very scary one and I would have been worried for him and his house at least Josh actually said something about it cuz I can tell that he was actually kind of concerned
This TRULY. Don't feel guilty AT ALL for taking care of yourself. That shit is fucking scary, some people are willing to put themselves through that and others aren't. That's totally normal and valid
It would be so wholesome if you getting touched on your head in the woman's ward, was actually from a mother or a lady that understood that you were not feeling well. And that she noticed your condition at that exact moment. I'm literally so proud of you even being able to push yourself going there and I also love to keep watching video's like this!
i can feel chills down my spine thinking how haunted this is by the way these are grown men who are usually energetic active and genuinely happy this is the first time i have seen them like this scared and eddie is ususally talkative but at that time he was silent. too silent in all of his videos i have never seen him like that this is terrifying
A message to Eddie: When I watching the asylum video i honestly told myself "Damn, Eddie is barely himself." and even "Why is Eddie acting weird?" because I knew nobody were themselves. Even Juicy. He was being really strange and not his usual self. I felt genuinely scared in my own room.
When I saw Narrator look statue at that window where they saw James, that was frozen, and the way he asked her to shine the light gave me such a odd feeling. I noticed Eddie’s seriousness in the video, and how wide his eyes were, and I knew dude, this is actually freaking me out 😓
I’m gonna be honest I have a problem like that you know when my friends crying and I’m trying to comfort them and then I start crying and she says why are you crying and I said, “I don’t know whenever I see people tear up I start to tear up.” So that’s one of the many problems I have. Yay! Also this is very terrible bc when your trying to say to people that everything’s gonna be ok when they are scared/terrified you’re also terrified😅 P.S. I hate life why does it do this to us😢
@@ragedgalaxy8279 that's so sweet there is another comment saying that the good spirits here are trying to get them out of here so the people that visit the place don't get the same fate and in this case james was trying to protect them from the mens ward
I haven't felt ghost activity in a LONG time. Listen, I'm someone who tries to make sense of things, I don't believe in anything religious or anything, but when you feel a spirit, you FEEL that shit. My current house hasn't had any paranormal activity, but my old house did. That house was made in the 1930s, and sometimes I heard my name being called or sounds from the attic that NO ONE went up to. I remember one specific story where my name was being called from the basement, my thoughts were that it was my brother because he's the only one that ever goes down there. My five-year-old mind apparently didn't process that it was a woman's voice, yet it wasn't yelling my name in a bad way. It almost sounded like it was crying for help or warning me about something. Even then, I still went down there and when my brother said that he didn't say my name, my heart dropped. The basement was already not the best place to be in, but that moment made me feel almost... woozy or lightheaded.
I’m sorry u had to go thru all that Eddie :( be safe wit the things u do people cause u never know, also wit being Hispanic/ Latino we r drilled to believe and fear the supernatural and then being a part of the stories that we heard as children. Not to mention the fact that a bunch of horrible things that happen there r enough to make even the bravest people sad and uncomfortable
That spirit box was actually mad crazy. I was kind of expecting it to be just like garbled jibberish but when it said 'banana...' in a kind of slurred speech I got a little scared. Then when it said "Josh!" almost perfectly clear I was absolutely sure it was real.
I feel you dude I know what it feels like to be a heavily sensitive person when it comes to energy I'm like a human sponge and it sucks after time when you can walk into a room and you don't even need to say anything to anybody or ask anybody or anything you can just feel it and it just feels heavy... And after seeing what I saw in my home, as a kid, seeing it stalking me at the bottom of the stairs, forcing me to fearfully try and hide in the bathroom, I never heard a sound and thought it was gone but it wasn't it was right in front of my face whatever it was looked me right in the eyes that was the most terrifying experience of my life and I remember every second of it whatever it was it had no real features it was just a large black mass with two white eyes I made no noise and it was incredibly fast. And if you and if you don't believe me I swear on my son's life none of what I just said is a lie or made up, but the truly hard part to admit is I feel like it's been following me ever since
Dude holy shit, I thought this was my own comment for a sec because of how close this is to my own experience and yeah it's like a shadow that follows you forever now, it's been with me for years I still haven't gotten rid of my own shadow person and recently it's tried to fuck with me by slamming my attic door and shit and every night I can see it stalking me from the corner of my room, the attic door is in my room btw. Man I hope you get rid of yours someday
@@grim_gravy ( Apologies for the length) Sadly I don't feel as though it will ever truly go away, even gone to the extent of having a devoted wiccan friend to not only sage me but cleanse me as well, needless to say it didn't work and slightly scared me a little because right before she was going to start a ceremony I couldn't stop laughing I thought every part of it was hilarious like a joke, but I also didn't know why I thought this.... so yeah it kind of spooked me a little bit. Now it's gone to the point where I see it so much that every time it's out of the corner of my eye all I say is "ha! I see you" and I roll my eyes because the amount of times that this thing is tried to scare me or whatever out of the corner of my eyes that it really doesn't do anything anymore other than slightly annoying me although I do get a little smiley when with friends and lights flicker and go off 😅, they're generally scared as hell while looking at me like I'm crazy because I'm just fine I actually generally have a smile on my face because it amuses me which is also why people kind of think I'm weird but oh well. I also could be completely wrong but I feel it derives its power from whatever it tries to get from me energy wise and after all these years it must not be that smart because repetition just makes me grow used to it, so instead of possibly receiving the fear that it wants now it's just receiving eye rolls and irritation kind of cutting off its power supply but who knows I could just be crazy

Once I was about to sleep when my angel little figuriens(?) moved, I haven't seen it but i heard it and the another day it was moved. Since that day I experience it every day and it slowly become worse. The door closing, feeling someone in my room, hearing things moving or having horrible nightmares and I felt something trying to confinced me to end my exsistence. I started to getting used to it but I cannot because its going worse.. then I have enough and asked my little brother to go to our room (because I was scared, nothing happend when I was with someone). I asked silently ,,Why are you doing this? I'm sorry for everything, what can I do to stop this, please?) and that night I have a dream about too little boys who were hiding behind my closed where those figuriens where, they begin to apologise to me and saying that all they wanted is to make friends and then I asked them ,,We can be friends'' I wasn't scared at all at this moment, I was happy to talk to them. 15:10 - 16:10 20:05 You proved it true eddie. And i know nobody could fake that feeling because the only time that kinda thing ever happened to me was about a few years ago. I was alone in my old house. I was scared. I'd been praying for saftey because I saw someone running through my backyard, i never saw the person in my house normally so seeing this blurry figure dash across the backyard set me off. I was terrified. I didn't want to get hurt by someone because I was a little kid. So I did what any kid would've done. I dove under my beds blanket and hid myself. I was scared. I had small tears. Then while under the blanket. I know I had locked my bedroom door already, There was no one else in my room with me from what I knew. And all of a sudden, i just felt this hand placing its hand on my head. I was shaking already under the blanket in fear, I didn't believe in ghosts like that. But I believed demons and angels as a believer of God myself. But strangely enough, I felt some hand definitely adult sized, stroking my head. It felt like someone sat next to me on my bed and was comforting me. It was nice. It calmed me down in that moment. I've never felt like I was spiritually alone ever since. To this day I feel a slightly warm presence with me. Its like I'm wearing a full on green man suit of warmth. So eddie I believe you were protected In that room that night
Dude. Eddie. As bummed out as I was that you had to leave. You don't need to explain yourself, man. Intense experiences like this can be difficult, especially when you're already in a vulnerable physical and/or mental state. The fact that you held out for as long as you did is immense!
Also, is Josh doing okay? I find it kinda weird that when all of them were leaving James' room, the spirit box blurted out Josh's name, and then the door wouldn't open, as if James wanted to tell Josh something and didn't want him to leave. SPOOOOOOOOOOOKYYYYY.
i like that he explains himself because it gives more context, i think every one of the boys should make a video like this not that i think he should explain himself because i want to give him shit for it, i would most likely had pussied out too
As someone who gets affected sometimes when on ghost investigations and when going to haunted exploration locations, I get it. I hope you feel better from the experience.
Also, something that helps me when this happens to me, I wear protection crystals,my personal preference is black obsidian bracelet and hematite bracelet that I wear. Now this is just what I do along with a prayer for protection. It doesn't always work but most of the time it does.
@@victoriaguardino7243 I never go in ghost hunting. Because I dont have friends for that and going alone is too dangerous. I also paranoi a lot. I would bring my grand-grand mother protection, just in case something bad happen.
Hermano, sé exactamente cómo te sentiste. Soy sensible y he visto mucho.
Hey, Eddie. There was also a part that freaked me out. It was when Mully got touched by the "lady". There was a black figure in the doorway that you can see for a few seconds.
You talking about when mully was doing the walk down the hall and there was the figure in the dore that he said he seen a Lady and if you didn't see that part re wach it and slow it down to 0.5 at least thats how I seen it
i feel so bad for the people who had to suffer in that asylum when it was still up and running. I want to go there with some cookies and toys for the poor souls that were subject to that. :(
YOURE AWESOME FOR DOING THAT!!! you legit don’t have to explain yourself whatsoever you went and you are so strong for doing that, staying as long as you could! Myself as a Mexican would’ve honestly wanted to go back right when I got there. So you’re truly the king of horror
Eddie’s explanation is what I would feel like if I was there, I’d be so terrified, adrenaline will rush very fast through my body. I’m glad Eddie is fine now
Theory, what if James was calling out to Josh because there was someone or something out there that he wanted to protect you from? James seemed panicked when he said Josh and the door was even locked, I think it was a male spirit in the womens ward who wanted to harm y’all. Honestly it’s just my guess but I think James locked you guys in the room to protect you, and what I know for a fact is James was worried about you guys (probably just Josh) but you get the point. I’m not the only one who heard panic in James voice am I?
Bro josh had posted on one social media app (i forgot which one. prob twitter or yt comunity posts) that he had this condition where he could go blind. if something terrible happens to him or he really does loose his sight, this would make perfect sense. i actually completely believe you on this here
Alright, here is a story that I experienced that I will share with you today. So in Maine (my home state), there is an island Peaks Island. There is an old military building that was abandoned. I do not remember what the operation or reasoning for the building, but it is called "Battery Steel". I went there two times, and both times it was just an average normal experience. It is mainly just a big hall with some separate rooms on the sides of the halls. So the second time I went there, me and my friend went into one of the rooms, looked around a bit, and then left. My friend went out the room first, and then as I was exiting, I heard someone whisper my name in my ear, and then right after I saw a black figure right Infront of me, and I immediately looked behind me and saw no one. I ran through the hall, and caught back up with my friend. He thought I was just joking, so he told me to go back in room. I don't know why he wanted me to go back in, but I did. The second I walked in, I felt extremely drained. I walked back to where I heard my name, and just stood there. Now the part where I heard my name, was in a room which had this square hole in the wall, which leads to a small-ish room. So I just stood there and looked around, and then felt a very strong breeze behind me. Now the whole building is a massive tunnel under a big hill, and being in a enclosed room, inside of an enclosed room. So it would of had to be artificial or what not. I left the room, and went back into the hall. The second I left the smaller room, I got goose-bumps, and felt freezing. I didn't know what to do, so I just sat there and looked behind me. There wasn't anything there, but I heard a conversation, like Eddie said he also heard. But it wasn't just murmuring, and muttering. It was more like hearing people talk around 15-20 feet away. The thing is, me, my friend, in my dad, were the only people in there. And it wasn't there voices. I was told by other people that left to just call out random names, and there is supposed to be a response. So I called out various names, but when I said "Tony", I just heard from across the tunnel, "What?". Once again it wasn't my friend, or dads voice. It was a deep, raspy voice, and I just ran out. I didn't even care, I just started running. When I was running out, all of the rooms, on the sides of the hall, I just felt the presence of people. Right when I was leaving I heard my name again from the same raspy voice again. I met up with my friend, and dad, and we went to the fairy to go back to the main-land. I just get anxiety thinking of it. (edit): I also seem to have some sort of like "Ability", or something with supernatural things. I could just be sitting in my room and here my name from right next to me. Its kind of cool, but also terrifying as the story suggests. One other time that things like this happened was in one of my shorts actually, me and my friends were at a abandoned cabin, and we were looking around, and I heard a women mumbling, and then felt something just put there hand on my neck. It wasn't aggresive or anything, it just placed its hand on my neck, and then I just ran.
Sensitive much? It wasn't a scary thing. It was James popping in to say hello! It was heartwarming not scary. Maybe I'm desensitized to it idk but yeah that wasn't scary.
Same! I did NOT like that, I had to pause the video to calm myself down. Idk what about it was so scary, I just couldn’t watch that okay. Off topic but I just got deja vu, I remember being in this exact comment- the only reason I remember is eddie wearing his tortilla blanket lol
Definitely don't blame you for leaving, Eddie. If I were in your position, I think I would’ve been crying from fear. My parents taught me that supernatural stuff like this should never be taken lightly
I get what you mean. About two years back I was visiting a 9/11 section in an Atlanta museum and all I could feel was this strange pressure on my chest. I remember finding it hard to breathe as I had this tightness in my throat and moderate nausea for a few minutes after I left that part of the building.
I’ve always heard stories of people walking into “haunted” places and feeling a kind of otherworldly energy, but I never really believed it. Now I’m certain that if I have this experience I’m getting the F*** out of there!
I also am energy sensitive and at night in my home I feel overwhelmed and uncomfortable. To make things worse, my house is 60+ years old, I have witnessed paranormal activity and sometimes hear things calling my name. I hate the feeling, I may be obsessed with horror just like Eddie, but in person experience is a whole nother thing. I would go to a haunted place with equipments, but if it involves Ouija board, I’m getting the hell out of there. I may not be Mexican, but I am Brazilian.

Glad you’re doing well now that you’re back home dawg. As an empath myself (/j), with friends who are energy-sensitive, I totally understand where you’re coming from. Stay safe and healthy, brother. Edit: actually added tone indicators with the empath bit. Yes I am joking. Y’all can chill now 😂
Some apparitions actually drain the energy out of certain folks so it’s entirely possible that whatever y’all experienced was something that used your energy so it’s not really surprising that you felt like shit glad you’re feeling better man!
Yeah a ghost haunted my house and it was scary asf my cousin went to chill in my room (we were living at my nan's house at the time but my nan's house didn't have wifi but mine did) came out crying saying he saw a ghost ran outside (it was even raining the worst times for that shit, 2020 btw) me and my uncle were chilling on the couch when we saw him run out we weren't worried until....*DOOR SLAM* we ran out as quickly as possible my uncle went back inside the house now that made me think for a while if there was a ghost or if my window was open and it was just the wind that opened the door that's what I thought but a few days later we see the curtains moving around honestly it was entertaining but it stopped and I'm back to living in the house, getting chills just by thinking about it, but now I have a puppy so I don't feel alone or I have something I can trust
It's totally understandable that Eddie was ready to leave. Everyone has their limits and their boundaries should be respected. I also felt that as a fellow Hispanic/Latino, we really dont fuck with this shit and it's something that is ingrained in many of us in childhood. (Not saying we are all the same just saying it's something many of us have discussed with; sometimes religiously) Hopefully the other Boys respect and understand and didnt give him too much shit about it. Love ya, Eddie, totally understandable bro
Hey Eddie, I’ve been watching a series called “Paranormal Lockdown” and it’s about two investigators and their camera man. In each episode they stay and investigate haunted places for 72 hours. They sleep there in separate rooms during the nights (which is terrifying for them) and try to get more and more information about the place. I’ve learnt a lot from that series and one of the things i learned is that a spirit can take a toll of a person’s feelings in a more affective way when the person is tired. That’s why I believe you felt this way more than everyone else. I suggest you watch it even though they don’t air it anymore so it’ll be a bit hard to find but it’s totally worth it. Also I’ve come to learn not to be scared of spirits, because they’re just people who were hurt and killed in a not very nice way, so they’re mostly harmless and won’t try to hurt you, just play or entertain themselves.
most spirits just want to have someone notice them. imagine how you would feel if no one noticed you for god knows how long. thats generally how hostile spirits form. if you let them know that hey i know your here and im cool with you then they wont harm you. they will however open and close doors as little jokes from time to time. (i have about 15 spirits in my home)
i can confirm i watched the video half asleep and i felt eddies horror in my own room not to mention there might be a ghost in my house and i was cold half the time but also my room normally is very cold
Videos like these are one of the reasons why I love each of the boys and girls. It takes a big man to realize when they are not ok and to be able to express themselves. I don't care what anyone else says after watching this video I have a huge amount of respect for Eddie. Well done young man keep up the great work.
@special edd, I have had 3 experiences like what you went through and I too connect to energies. The first time was shortly after my grandfather passed away and he appeared to me. It was around 10 pm and when I walked down the hall to go to my room I saw him clear as day. He didn't say anything just stared. The next two times were while I was serving in the Marine Corps. The first Marine Corps experience was when I was at a buddy's house and his wife was a conduit for spiritual activities. We first noticed things were weird was when his wife tried to walk out the front door. We just thought she was sleep walking so he put her back in bed. She then came out and said the spirit was standing by the bed and wouldn't let her sleep. She sat down with her husband and I felt a hand on my shoulder and saw my breath but there was no one behindme. I then jumped about six feet in the air and couldn't sleep for the rest of the night. The next time was I was working in the office and at the time, the electrical lines were being re-done. I was at the office getting some last minute work done when the main generator kicked off and the back up generator took over. Our office was once a Vietnam era barracks and people had committed suicide to prevent themselves from going overseas. The only lights in the building was that of the computer screens and all the windows didn't open and I was the onlyonein the building. I then felt the room get really cold which was odd for the middle of summer in San Diego. Things like hung up hats stated to swing on their hooks and I bolted out of there as fast as I could. During all three experiences, I felt the same as you did.
Bro you need Jesus that’s all I’m say if these things be happening to you then you gotta put your faith in Jesus because that ain’t your grandfather that’s a demon portraying him to make you feel fear and uncomfortable.
6:40 around this eddie if you look carefully, you'll find one eye peeking out from around the left corner. That is super scary to just realize it was there the whole time. Watching you guys
I think the womens ward felt comforting because they probably didn’t want to instil fear in anyone, a lot of women in that asylum were put in due to PPD, loss of child, etc they probably wanted to comfort you knowing that you felt uncomfortable and even with the door being stuck, I think that was their way of saying “don’t go to the mens side”. As per James, I think he’s just a playful, kind spirit 🤧
The whole thing with James actually made me cry. I don't cry often and just thinking about how scared he must've been made me really upset. When he even called out for Josh just felt like he didn't want to be alone anymore. Like if he had abandonment issues. I feel really bad for him.
I thought you planned on scaring them so I’m interested in hearing Edit: Eddie honestly it’s hard for me to do this because I’m a very skeptical so if you ever read this just know I believe you. I don’t have any thoughts of doubt that you experienced real fear during this trip. My only skeptical thoughts are that possibly anyone who’s introduced you to this building could be messing with you. But other than that I believe you. You were brave and you did what felt right so don’t ever feel bad for getting out of that situation when you couldn’t go on
my father was sent to one of these asylums when he was a child because single parents were not allowed back then, he was in and out alot. 50 years later, he is actually remembering what he went through. People were sent there just for having a different opinion
what i think is the most terrifying is when a soldier (a.k.a narrater ) couldnt open a sealed door like they did not want somebody or all of you guys out and i think it was james trying to keep josh because i think josh is the only person that james felt comfort as a male near which is very sad thinking back to it
the feeling of being there physically and watching it behind a screen is completely different, when you're there in person you'll feel chills, heavy, hard to breathe and at times you see and feel things touch you. I know i went to a abandoned ww2 hospital in my country and it felt wrong like i might die wrong
This same thing happened in the Clown Motel Episode smh. The rest of the Boys need to understand the seriousness of real life spirits haunting the room you're in. Don't worry, Eddie! We love you!
Your instincts are your strongest resources as a human. When you listen to them youre usually right especially when it comes to situations like this. Most forget that, you didnt. Energy sensitive ppl like yourself (coming from an energy sensitive person myself) are most effected by negative vibes, a lot of death in one area is going to weigh us down. My mom cant even go to cemeteries any longer due to the fact everytime she goes in she gets even more so weighed down then you did in the video, so believe me when i say my fam gets it and I myself am impressed you knew your limits and i relate to it.

I feel you Eddie, as a "high energy" person, as you say. I've had some noteable experiences in youthful expeditions in my past. (I'm only 29 so I have more to go, I'm sure.) One I will never forget is when I went to an abandoned orphanage in Marquette, Michigan (I should mention that I live in Tennessee and I have family up North that I used to visit every summer.) The feelings you described are real, I wholeheartedly believe this because I have felt very similar before, most of them were in this particular experience of mine. Back then, camera phones were the blurriest of devices and my broke @$$ didn't have a decent camera to catch anything that happened that day. Just understand brother, there are those of us that know what you've felt, what you've described, the very essence of your being dragged to something of a type of plaything for the paranormal. It is not a good feeling, however, it is very humbling. Many people claim to have had paranormal experiences, not many truly feel their soul being torn apart through emotions of an outside source, and their bones become a type of heavy I wouldn't wish on my greatest enemy. Even to this day when I think about my experiences in that abandoned orphanage in particular, I find tears in my eyes. I myself was skeptical at one point. You were smart to bail when you did. If you felt that threatened, it was that "sixth sense" telling you that something was going to go wrong if you were present. Spirits reflect their emotions quite well, and if you are one of the people that can pick up on these emotions, then you know as well as I do, hostility projects further and faster than the rest. When you felt truly threatened, you left. Smart move my friend. Because in my experience, when they show hostility, you #)
@@taylorcook5377 Narrator said he was never deployed into active combat. He didn't see combat. All he did was go through the training. Real combat is 100× more scary than ghosts
2:11 I feel you there Eddie, I'm also sensitive to the energy around me, like when I'm somewhere that is very happy, I feel very happy, when I'm somewhere very spooky, u get scared, like chicken skin scared, under my bed crying scared.
In my experience trying to figure out spirits and the whole world around it i've foun that when one latches onto your names so specifically they feel a deep connection with you. What troubles me though after seeing all of this- is the actual sudden yell James does JOSH! as it's a clear moment of desperation. To my knowledge they only do this when you've gone through something similar as they have. So my big question is, what did josh go through for James to know they are kindred. I'm glad Narrator spotted him too. It was so sudden i actually think he heard something talk to him directly. I do not blame you at all for noping out, good decision to be honest. That feeling of illness has a chance to stay for a LONG time. ''Ghost hunting'' is NOT to be fucked with 200%. You get the wrong one, you might feel ill for days or even go completely insane. Be careful out there
the best you can hope for with ghosts in just get spooked which most seem to do but there are always risks that the ghost isn't very nice and will cost you to become ill or go insane or bring bad luck or maybe even physically harm you like i did encounter what i believe to be a ghost some years ago, i was walking with a friend near a golf course (during the day btw), then we saw a lady from far away, we couldn't see her face clearly, she wore clothes that didn't match the weather, and she stood still, but when we got closer she was gone now there were no way a person could just disappear there, sure there was a ditch with some trees, but that would be easy to spot a person since the trees were thin, and i know i wasn't the only one who saw it because i did ask my friend and he saw the same thing now we didn't get ill, we weren't harmed, and our luck seem to be normal, sure some unlucky things did happen, but that was years after and not something i want to blame on a ghost, and we didn't get harassed by the ghost either so it clearly didn't follow us
also if aliens kill us all and take over our planet our spirits will fck w dem and they have to leave again and than the whole revolution from monkeys to humans will begin again is a crazy theory of mine
when Eddie was walking down the hall with Narator and Josh talking to Lana, you could quite literally see the tension and fear in his eyes and how much he was uncomfortable, and watching that video, and even this one gives me shivers down my spine.
18:46 Not sure how you DON’T know this but……… there are smoke detectors that run on batteries! In fact that is all I have ever really seen or been around. I mean I guess some buildings do have built in smoke detectors that link to a system. However even those are supposed to have a back up power source. Especially in a place like this. If they are giving tours of this place to the public, then by law they are REQUIRED to have the proper safety/emergency alert systems in place and FUNCTIONING PROPERLY!
It’s always ok to be afraid and if you wernt comfortable with it, it’s ok to leave! Just because you left didn’t change or make the video worse or better. The video was good and I hope you have a good day! Love ya Eddie
When Mully was returning from the upper hall, he mentions that a woman in one of the rooms scared him and nobody else knew what he was talking about and when I paused the video looking for it, there was indeed someone in the room in that hall.
He did say it could have been the tour guide who kept slipping away to stay out of the way but then Juicy is like “They left earlier” , it’s weird because they seem to kind of ignore it. Also the person they saw while in the Matrons room looked like an arm of someone behind the glass of the door
I thought I saw something too, but I didn’t want to think that it was anything paranormal so i brushed it off as another prank or something, but Ngl it did creep the shit out of me
As I said before: My abuelita used to tell me "You ever feel like something is preventing you from doing something? That may be a spirit preventing you from having the same fate as them" And being the good boi that I am I listened to my grandma and y'all should start believing Eddie when he says "I don't like this shit"
YOOO! My mom said the same thing to me when I was little. She added a little part about respecting spirits which I still do. I try to be polite to them so they don’t follow me
@@TikiWikiWaaah I thought it was common knowledge to respect spirits. Who knows? Maybe they're just lonely and wanna be friends

I fr want that on my tombstone
Thb yeah this is 100% true
2: that actually makes sense
Maybe James had an older brother named Josh and The Boys' Josh reminded the kid of him.
@@Adragonn correction: tbh
Maybe he was saying a Mexican prayer or something because he had his hands folded

@Elizabeth Buffington yeah
@Elizabeth Buffington rude much
@Elizabeth Buffington no. Why would I be?
That just gave me a whole nother view on the video and just got chicken skin with this thought
I'm also considering this sense in religion, ghosts don't exist, and it's only demons
exactly, this is why you dont fuck with shit you cant dump lead into
ghost and demons exist, ghosts are the spirits of those that have passed, yet never went to heaven or hell, demons are fallen angels@@ERodriguez-f6e
Yeah, like in the Bible, Demons actually do it to weaken someone's faith or to scare them.
It's just another possibility, and yet again: thank you for all the attention this got!
yooooo you right!
That actually could be right. Given that this is the Women’s ward, it might as well, be a mother trying to calm down Eddie, because a mother would do that.
Edited: Oh wow, never expected this to get liked! Thanks!

that could be true actually

If it were possible, I'd take James' spirit with me so that he wouldn't have to be there anymore. Poor kiddo. He was a genuinely nice sprit, too. Same story for the Women's Ward. Undeserved death.

Do you still live there?
Dam that makes like. Everything lol

Very well could've been the basement making me feel woozy, but I don't know.

( Apologies for the length) Sadly I don't feel as though it will ever truly go away, even gone to the extent of having a devoted wiccan friend to not only sage me but cleanse me as well, needless to say it didn't work and slightly scared me a little because right before she was going to start a ceremony I couldn't stop laughing I thought every part of it was hilarious like a joke, but I also didn't know why I thought this.... so yeah it kind of spooked me a little bit.

You proved it true eddie.

Hermano, sé exactamente cómo te sentiste. Soy sensible y he visto mucho.

Thats crazy.

Also I’ve come to learn not to be scared of spirits, because they’re just people who were hurt and killed in a not very nice way, so they’re mostly harmless and won’t try to hurt you, just play or entertain themselves.
have you seen the episode where Rob Saffi (their cameraman) got bit on the back?
@@Oldundead9491 yes!! That was unbelievable
most spirits just want to have someone notice them. imagine how you would feel if no one noticed you for god knows how long. thats generally how hostile spirits form. if you let them know that hey i know your here and im cool with you then they wont harm you. they will however open and close doors as little jokes from time to time.
Nope.

The whole thing with James actually made me cry. I don't cry often and just thinking about how scared he must've been made me really upset. When he even called out for Josh just felt like he didn't want to be alone anymore. Like if he had abandonment issues. I feel really bad for him.
same i kinda wish i was there to save him and make him feel comfortable
maybe he was comforted by josh being there or maybe josh was like a distand relative and james knew that and thats why he felt comforted by hiim

Edit: Eddie honestly it’s hard for me to do this because I’m a very skeptical so if you ever read this just know I believe you. I don’t have any thoughts of doubt that you experienced real fear during this trip. My only skeptical thoughts are that possibly anyone who’s introduced you to this building could be messing with you. But other than that I believe you. You were brave and you did what felt right so don’t ever feel bad for getting out of that situation when you couldn’t go on

what i think is the most terrifying is when a soldier (a.k.a narrater ) couldnt open a sealed door like they did not want somebody or all of you guys out and i think it was james trying to keep josh because i think josh is the only person that james felt comfort as a male near which is very sad thinking back to it

This is crazy. 11/10 video. I can FEEL the horror from Eddie’s words. I sound like a English teacher.
the feeling of being there physically and watching it behind a screen is completely different, when you're there in person you'll feel chills, heavy, hard to breathe and at times you see and feel things touch you.

Do screw with demons. Demons like to messe with weak people. Or people in weaken state. Like a lack of sleep, or being in a stressful state, or in a depression episode.

Be careful out there
the best you can hope for with ghosts in just get spooked which most seem to do
but there are always risks that the ghost isn't very nice and will cost you to become ill or go insane or bring bad luck or maybe even physically harm you
like i did encounter what i believe to be a ghost some years ago, i was walking with a friend near a golf course (during the day btw), then we saw a lady from far away, we couldn't see her face clearly, she wore clothes that didn't match the weather, and she stood still, but when we got closer she was gone
now there were no way a person could just disappear there, sure there was a ditch with some trees, but that would be easy to spot a person since the trees were thin, and i know i wasn't the only one who saw it because i did ask my friend and he saw the same thing
now we didn't get ill, we weren't harmed, and our luck seem to be normal, sure some unlucky things did happen, but that was years after and not something i want to blame on a ghost, and we didn't get harassed by the ghost either so it clearly didn't follow us
also if aliens kill us all and take over our planet our spirits will fck w dem and they have to leave again and than the whole revolution from monkeys to humans will begin again is a crazy theory of mine
when Eddie was walking down the hall with Narator and Josh talking to Lana, you could quite literally see the tension and fear in his eyes and how much he was uncomfortable, and watching that video, and even this one gives me shivers down my spine.
Eddie needs to see this
It’s always ok to be afraid and if you wernt comfortable with it, it’s ok to leave!
I thought I saw something too, but I didn’t want to think that it was anything paranormal so i brushed it off as another prank or something, but Ngl it did creep the shit out of me
Yeah I saw that too but didn't check it again if I saw wrong , but I'm not the only one who saw it
