Nice video! Could you tell me which monitor you are using? Also are you using an head tracker?
I can't remember the exact model but it's 27' LG 144hz monitor and yes I'm using head tracking.
I bought a second hand PS3 Eye Camera for 5 dollars and I'm gonna try to play with head tracking when it arrives. It should be useful since I have one 24" monitor.

How can use this realistic mode?
You just put it on cockpit camera, and turn off the OSD. Soap also uses a trackir, which is how he’s able to move his camera around.

How do you make such smooth camera movements?
How about cameras instead of side view mirrors, And a heads up display.
