Anyone who gave negative responses to your decision about Pepper was not listening. You did not leave that pup on the side of the road somewhere and drive away. You found her a great home with a sister dog to grow up with. Good for you. You made a wonderful life choice for you both. Best wishes to you both and God Bless. I look forward to watching more trips, whatever You decide to do.
I personally liked the old school cruise vlogs where you were just filming a real vacation and the newer stuff seems more like a commercial and infomercial. Really liked the old school bbq videos also!
It’s awesome the way you two support each other’s passion and Jason you are an amazing fur baby dad to give Pepper what she needs , it takes alot to be selfless and do what’s best for her❤ . Everyone deserves a break and you two work hard so enjoy your time.
As a vet tech I raise my hat to you guys realising what was best for both you and Pepper. Glad you guys found a solution that worked for everyone :) I totally understand you guys being torn over this and anyone who gives you a hard time is heartless tbh ! On a side note I love how you guys are being completely transparent about it and it's what separate you from some RUclipsrs who might've done the same but never mention it afterwards, like the dog simply disappears and it's never adressed. Can't wait for the new content, love you guys!
You made the decision that is right for the pup and for you. We currently have four dogs that our tenant cares for while we travel. They stay in their own home, and there is no disruption to their routine. By the end of our vacations, we are more than ready to get home to our 'babies'.
You put Pepper first by realizing the situation was not right (at this time) for you. As a dog parent, I applaud you for that. I know how difficult it must of been for you because you are both caring and loving people. No explanation is needed to anyone. Enjoy your travels and I look forward to your content.
Well, well, well. Who would have known that Jason and Alisa were real people and not just the people behind EECC travels. ALL YOUR SUBSCRIBERS, that's who. We are your RUclips family and appreciate your honesty and the hard work that you put into this channel. Every couple needs some time apart occasionally to recharge and rekindle the spark that is between them. Your spark, however, is a fire that lights up all our lives, and we love you for that. Pepper is an Australian working dog and would never have been totally happy being a travel partner, so you have done what's best for her.
@@EECCTravels you're very welcome 👍 I am privileged to have been with you for your travels and to watch your children grow into the wonderful adults they are today 😊
God I’m so glad I’m not a RUclipsr with everyone up in your business. You don’t need to explain so much. Simple .. we gave her to a good home because it was best for her. End. People don’t like it, they can grow up and get over it.
When your job is traveling and posting, it seems like a never ending vacation to outsiders, but it’s not in your case. It’s your JOB. So staying home is your vacation. Totally understandable and you deserve a good rest to chill, pursue interests outside traveling, etc. In regard to Pepper, you did what was best for the dog. The most unselfish thing possible. Jason reminds me a lot of my older brother. He gets an idea and he’s gotta do it to see if it works out. Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn’t. Best advice I ever got is this…”there are no mistakes, only learning experiences.” You learned having a dog doesn’t work for you at this time. No big deal. Good on you for finding her an amazing home. We all love you. No judgement.
I know that feeling of getting a puppy and feeling overwhelmed. After my Lola passed away suddenly at 7 years old . I was so destroyed I immediately got 2 puppies and immediately regretted it. I don’t think there is one piece of wood in my house that wasn’t chewed up. Long story short they have calmed down and they are only 11 years old😂 I understand completely
Hello guys nice to see you all again. Missed you Jason but Sophia had a wonderful time with Alissa, it was priceless. Do what makes you all comfortable, no need to explain to the world. I am in the West Indies so I appreciate you bringing the rest of the world to me, Love your content. Congrats on your weight loss journey.👏
Content Idea: My hubby and I are interested in the Normandy Beach Tours. I would love to see you two on a trip like that! Have fun in all that you do! Love your channel.
I’m here for all the different types of travel!! I totally get needing down time from traveling. I respect your decision about Pepper. I got a puppy a year after losing my little guy and I’m questioning my decision. It’s rough. Thanks for sharing a piece of your life with us!!
Enjoy all, understand with your little Pepper, they do take more time than we all realize. I just truly enjoy watching y’all’s videos together. So much love between you both and the love for traveling is amazing. Can’t wait to see you both again definitely missed them. Safe travels.❤
This was such a lovely video to watch, it’s so clear you’re thinking long term about your life. Very sensible and it’s so nice to see! 👏🏼❤️ It must have been such a hard decision about your puppy but you basically just fostered her until she found her forever home! I adopted a Romanian street puppy recently and it is a lot, but my situation is very different. 😀❤️
I don't know. Jason wanted a dog to have a dog but didn't think it through for the time u have to spend raising a puppy. But, he didn't bring her into a kill shelter like some do. You have to give him a 👍 thumbs up for doing the responsibile thing.
P.S. Jason, it takes a strong person to admit when they’ve made a mistake. Kudos to you for doing so, and publicly. That says a lot about your character, and others should follow suit! You know, my husband and I had the best dog ever for 15 years because someone else made the brave decision to admit they made a mistake and find a new home for their dog. We were so grateful to them, because she was exactly what we needed at the time.
I heart the two of you; in a world of perfect perfect social media thank you for keeping it real. You are the first channel I subscribed to for travel videos because the two of you are so authentic, personable, and fun! Best of luck in all you do on this journey called life.
Congratulations on your weight loss! It's not always easy! You have every right to live your lives the way that you want/need to dog and all. I'd love to see a trip to Australia, Iceland, The Alps....
Good for you!!! Sometimes you need to recharge, have some alone time, and recharge your relationship too! This Brit loves you guys! Don't feel bad about Pepper, she will be just fine. Well done on your weight loss!!!!!! I'm at 29 lbs lost now....keep going!!!!!
Happy to hear Pepper is happy and in a good home. I love all your content and appreciate the variety in travel styles. Trains, off-roading, van life, hiking, cruising, etc… the variety keeps it interesting! I am excited to see the upcoming train vlogs. Thank you for the wonderful content.
My husband and I will be married 46 years next month. I love to travel, but he is a homebody! Our daughter however, also loves to travel, so we see the world together a couple of weeks out of the year, and everyone is happy! 50 weeks of married togetherness is plenty anyway! 😉🤣 And Jason, you did what was best for Pepper considering the circumstances, and I commend you for that. As far as video content goes, I have always loved your honest reviews and experiences on cruise ships and excursions. Although I do think you two would be a hoot on a small town across America adventure, finding interesting and unique sights along the way, that might be lesser known tourist attractions. You know, weird things! Wishing you safe travels, and love you guys!
You obviously made the right (although difficult) decision for Pepper - glad you were able to get her into such a great forever home and you can still visit her - pretty good deal all around. Love your videos. Looking forward to the upcoming ones.
Love the cruises, van travel, life updates and general travels. Love the tours of ships, food reviews, where to stay in an area, what to do in a city. (example: you go to Florida, top ten places to see, eat, stay etc) are great too!
Content ideas: 1. What to do on a cruise while in port (staying on the ship). 2. All inclusive resorts (not just beach, but wildnress resorts) 3. Waterparks (Wisconsin Dells, water park capital of the world) 4. Haunted tours - anything haunted America is awesome 5. Washington DC - been there once, its amazing and everyone should go once 6. I personally love the camping videos 7. Celebration Key - opening 2025 through Carnival, i cant wait for your feedback, if your going.
Very brave and honest of Jason to explain the Pepper story. We love your videos, tips, travel experiences and both your honest, positive attitude that you share with you audience. You both do an excellent job.
I’m a quiet watcher and never comment but watch all of your videos. I found your channel during the pandemic when you were doing all inclusive hotel vacations in Mexico. I miss some of those videos. I would love if you would incorporate some of those vacations back into your videos.
I understand about too much of a good thing. Last week I had four concerts that I went to now I’m taking a break. I love music but now I’m taking that much needed rest. Be well.
I don’t think you owe any explanations, but I’m happy to see y’all are doing what you need to do as a family. Best wishes for a peaceful, loving life at home & on the road. (And Geaux Tigers!)
I hope you both don’t feel like you *have* to share with everyone what’s up. I applaud you both for your honesty and realness. Jason, I’m sorry you had to make the decision about Pepper. I too LOVE dogs, but I also have realized they don’t fit in my lifestyle. You did right by her. Love your channel because you’re real people. Keep it up. Absolutely loved the videos from Alaska. Never once had a thought that something was wrong and why wasn’t Jason there. Not my business, but also, what a fantastic trip for your granddaughter.
Hey there! We absolutely adore your channel because you cover such a wide range of topics, from cruises to van life and everything in between. My wife and I recently embarked on our first-ever cruise to Alaska, and now we're thinking about taking a train ride. We're not retired yet, so we're still taking it slow when it comes to traveling. We also have very young grandchildren, and we love watching your Disney videos. Keep inspiring us with your amazing content and helping us create our dream bucket list!
Love to see all your travels. We can’t always do the traveling because of budget and age activity restrictions. That’s why we support you, so we can experience travel without going there. Also love the cooking and weight loss channels. Rock on!
My opinion is I love it!!! For all you have done for your followers, who can question your thoughts and motives? Everything ya'll do is for the good of all that follow. Y'all explain your changes/decisions, which is amazing! I have no idea how a life of yours could be. I just want to continue seeing YOUR videos; hearing your thoughts on vacation spots; & seeing two wonderful people sharing their love and bringing so many people together. I bet Jason forgot, but on like the 2nd stop of our OG cruise, Jason & I walked to the bar to get some drinks. We had some talks about our past. I really enjoyed that talk and him being a human. Since then, I have really had a respect for Mr Jason. One of these days, we may talk again, Jason. . .
Come and do Cape Cod. Travel the Berkshires. More cruises. Always. Glad all is well. You did the right thing with Pepper. Look forward to more from you. 💕
I have loved all your travels so far, no matter if Cruise, RV, or any other kind of adventuring. You are just pleasant to watch and you’re doing such a great job getting all your content across. Yes, it’s sad that you had to leave pepper with another family, but considering your travel situation she is really better off where she is right now and she is not out of this world, you can always visit. And she has an Aussie sister…. When it comes to your cave situation, I would like to suggest Cathedral Caverns in Northeast Alabama. That is a big cave, actually the biggest. No reason to get claustrophobic, like the name implies, it has a very high ceiling and there is no closed in or tight spot anywhere. Just a flat concrete walkway winding through a huge open space. Absolutely worth a visit. ( I also get easily claustrophobic , but here no problem!)
I don't want to be educated, entertained or have things explained by you. I just want to be part of your family (for 15 minutes each week) and experience what you feel when you walk into a room, smell a landscape, visit a port, see a new skyline for the first time. As a Kiwi I would like you to experience sailing in Fiordland, drive along Ninety Mile beach with the wild horses, catch - cook - eat fresh seafood and fish. Alternatively, drive from Perth to Adelaide in Australia, watch a game of Aussie Rules, drift over the Great Barrier Reef. Eat street food in Indonesia or Hong Kong. Fried chicken in Korea, see the Cherry Blossoms in Japan. Gamble a dollar in Macau. Drive an Ice road in Canada. Hear the desert at night in Persia. Cruise on a ship where the majority of your fellow travelers are Kiwis and Australians. Or take a cruise that specialises in mainly Chinese or German, Russian, Japanese passengers. Experience the unexperienced and let us see you smile, laugh and be awestruck on this beautiful planet we all live on
Thank you so much for this update. I personally just figured you were doing girl travel which is great! Besides, absence makes the heart grow fonder. I love all types of travel that you do since we don’t only stick to cruises either. Love the ideas you give us and my list keeps growing so thank you so much for everything!! Congrats on the weight loss!!! So difficult to do but you’re killing it!!
Hey guys, if you're wanting to do a ghost town trip and a theme park trip, you could RV yourselves up to Centralia, PA and Knobel's Grove! Knobels is an old-school amusement park in the middle of the Pocono Mountains. -Rick
I love your complete videos. You know the ones that show a how you got there, transportation, and what was included in your package. Also a cost estimate would be nice. I dream through you!!!
I would love to see Ireland more in depth!! Fly there and spend a week touring that beautiful country. I know you made a couple stops on your European cruise, but there's so much more to see! My husband and I spent 9 days there last year and still didn't get to see enough of it! ❤
Really like the variety you guys post these days and everybody needs a break traveling does get old. It’s extremely fun and exciting but does get old.. BTW because of your video I decided to travel to the Outer Banks and was very happy that I did thank you guys so much. Hope to see some cruise videos in the Caribbean soon maybe the ABC islands I’ve been thinking of going there.✌🏼&❤
so in the movie michael, they had to drive from somewhere to chicago and he wanted to stop at all the "world's largest..." i think you should go around finding the world's largest... as a tour!
Thank you so much for sharing this. I am SO grateful to hear this. Your honesty is so honorable. 👊🏻 I've loved your channel. Now, I love you guys even more. You're amazing! 🫂❤
I wanted to comment on content. Honestly, I've loved every trip you've taken. I'm open to being surprised. I can't get enough of Colorado, or Europe. 😉
You are not being selfish about Pepper you are selfless. You did what is best for her. Your day will come when it's time to get another puppy. Go for it. And Alisa we are all soooooo very proud of you & your weight loss. Keep up the great work you are doing. Lov all your videos. ❤️🙏❤️🙏
Traveling is not easy. I considered once vlogging my travels, then I realized I would not enjoy it. The amount of time it would take do put together a video and edit it. I came to the conclusion of being in the moment and enjoying my travels. And even so most times traveling constantly takes work, I come back completely exhausted from a daily list of activities and things I want to see.
I think y'all would really enjoy South Africa. Kilmanjaro Safari does not hold a candle to seeing wild animals in their natural environment. Also, if you go to Paris, France it is super beautiful too.
We are team cruise. But, we enjoy your content and will look forward to other travel vlogs as well. Glad you had some downtime and ready to cruise again.
We did Australia and New Zealand and loved it. I highly recommend flying in premium economy, or flying Air New Zealand and springing for the sky couch. Go during March. It is shoulder season and the weather is still very nice. Go, you won’t regret it.
Congratulations on the weight loss. As someone who has family that is famous in both Ireland and the USA, I would love to see Ireland. Ireland and Scotland would be my ultimate trip. I also love all your adventures!
Ok, I feel like I’m your biggest fan because that’s exactly what I thought was going on…lol. But seriously, I’m glad things are well and y’all are doing what you love to do! That is so important. 💚
Oh ,yea, congratulations Alisa, good for you girl, you got this, stay positive, focused, but have fun. And Jason good decision about the puppy, but so glad you enjoyed your time with him.
This year took a road trip to the 127 yard sale (1st weekend in august.) 690 miles from Alabama to Ohio. Amish had fried pies and ice cream churned by horse power! We dug for diamonds in Arkansas and went to disco bathroom in Kentucky. Buckees rules! Just a couple random ideas.
You made the right decision. Puppies need routine and stability and travel is NOT that.
I look forward to watching more trips, whatever
You decide to do.
It's called self care....one of the most important things you can do. Smart move Jason.
You don't need to explain things to us. We love you anyway you post.
I personally liked the old school cruise vlogs where you were just filming a real vacation and the newer stuff seems more like a commercial and infomercial. Really liked the old school bbq videos also!
I agree: I very much enjoy the old school videos
Same here the new ones not the same
I liked those videos too. Truth is life happens, all the seasons. I enjoy the roller coaster. ❤
You guys made the best choice for Pepper! Also happy to see you guys following your passions and supporting each other.

I'm happy Pepper found a great home and they are lucky they have such a beautiful dog that you trained. Win win in my opinion!
Awe thanks John! And we appreciate you being with us for so long!!
@@EECCTravels you're very welcome 👍 I am privileged to have been with you for your travels and to watch your children grow into the wonderful adults they are today 😊
We just put our 18 year old Suzy down Sept. 9 and I am hurting beyond belief. Glad Pepper is with good people and will have a wonderful life.
God I’m so glad I’m not a RUclipsr with everyone up in your business. You don’t need to explain so much. Simple .. we gave her to a good home because it was best for her. End. People don’t like it, they can grow up and get over it.
You absolutely did the right thing for pepper and yourselves, that said getting burnt out on traveling makes me kind of jealous lol
No backlash from me. Dogs are hard at home never mind traveling with them. You needed to find that out. I am glad you found her a good home.

Happy Pepper got a good home, I think we forget all the work that goes with having a puppy

I love your honesty about your life.
Little Aussie’s are so smart but if it wasn’t working that’s okay. It is most important that you found her a great home. 🇨🇦💚
Glad you guys are taking time to feed your soul and take care of yourselves :). Looking forward to your upcoming travels!
Cruising Content is my favorite.
Love the cruises, van travel, life updates and general travels. Love the tours of ships, food reviews, where to stay in an area, what to do in a city. (example: you go to Florida, top ten places to see, eat, stay etc) are great too!
I had the best dog in my lifetime, from someone who had to re-home him....A big German Shepherd. .
Content ideas:
1. What to do on a cruise while in port (staying on the ship).

Love you guys. One of my favorite channels.💜
Just like you guys - your enthusiasm for your way of life is fun to watch. Thank you for sharing yourselves.
Thanks for watching!
Very brave and honest of Jason to explain the Pepper story. We love your videos, tips, travel experiences and both your honest, positive attitude that you share with you audience. You both do an excellent job.
You did what was the best for Pepper. Many folks would not have done that. You thought of her needs.
I love when you explore new places. I’d love to see you both spend some time in Iceland, Greece, Spain, and Croatia.
That's a GREAT marriage and it's a good thing to have your own time makes it stronger relation. 👋👍✌
We Love just sharing your adventures. All types All kinds.
You guys are GREAT! Love watching your stuff!!
Do glad things are good.I definitely understand. I love to travel but I also love to be home. Glad Pepper has a loving home😊
All of it.l love to watch you doing what you do.
Wife and I both work from home and together 24/7 so we often vacation solo for the “break”. It’s good for us and I hope it’s good for y’all.
Not to mention you bought a beautiful brand new home not too long ago and you should enjoy that.
Be well.
Great learning experience.
You did what was right for all concerned. Happy travels
Happy 🐾 memories. ❤
I don’t think you owe any explanations, but I’m happy to see y’all are doing what you need to do as a family. Best wishes for a peaceful, loving life at home & on the road. (And Geaux Tigers!)

We absolutely love your videos, and totally agree that you do need time to relax! :)
You will love Australia, go for it!
I enjoy watching all your videos, especially looking forward to some more of Jason’s cooking 🧑🍳
I knew you guys were fine. I watch Tony and he has the travel bug more than Jenny. Good job guys.
Love the variety you offer but really enjoy your RV adventures and destination videos. Congrats on your weight loss, keep up the great work!
Experience the unexperienced and let us see you smile, laugh and be awestruck on this beautiful planet we all live on
Sorry I’m late.I love all of your content.Your channel is always entertaining. I’m glad you did what was best for pepper.❤

So happy you found a home for Pepper! You made the right decision! Alisa you look amazing…..congratulations on your weight lose!
Really like the variety you guys post these days and everybody needs a break traveling does get old. It’s extremely fun and exciting but does get old.. BTW because of your video I decided to travel to the Outer Banks and was very happy that I did thank you guys so much. Hope to see some cruise videos in the Caribbean soon maybe the ABC islands I’ve been thinking of going there.✌🏼&❤
so in the movie michael, they had to drive from somewhere to chicago and he wanted to stop at all the "world's largest..." i think you should go around finding the world's largest... as a tour!
❤❤❤❤
I love the variety your channel provides in regards to travel!!
Thank you so much for sharing this. I am SO grateful to hear this. Your honesty is so honorable. 👊🏻
I've loved your channel.
Now, I love you guys even more. You're amazing! 🫂❤
I wanted to comment on content. Honestly, I've loved every trip you've taken. I'm open to being surprised. I can't get enough of Colorado, or Europe. 😉
You've helped me with Alaska travel/cruise questions😉.

You are not being selfish about Pepper you are selfless. You did what is best for her. Your day will come when it's time to get another puppy. Go for it. And Alisa we are all soooooo very proud of you & your weight loss. Keep up the great work you are doing. Lov all your videos. ❤️🙏❤️🙏
So glad to see you guys are still together! Would love to see you guys go to Yosemite!
Glad all is well!
love all your content.Keep it coming, love the variety.
Michelle and I need to book and are excited to join you for the group cruise out of NOLA, the trip that started it all for us OGs 🤘🏼
Buddy I love to hear it! You know all you gotta do is holler when you’re ready 👍👊
I think it’s great! When we are empty nesters, I could also see hubs and I not ALWAYS traveling together. We like different things sometimes.
We are team cruise. But, we enjoy your content and will look forward to other travel vlogs as well. Glad you had some downtime and ready to cruise again.
Agree sometimes you just a break to reset. We can’t wait to continue watching all the fun trips.
We got a small taste on our British Isles cruise last year and we definitely want to go back for more.
