Yeah I was way off on this character wasn't certain it was a girl, but then i noticed she was in the tiny toons looniversity theme so yeah. huh I also thought she made the gizmo that makes blocks, also I thought they were odd orbs n was a similar ray gun huh boy was I way off. but hey I was like 8 then but McNeill voicing her hmm I figure she was kath soucie oh
