If Grove Street Games took this for the gta 3 definitive edition with or without permission it would have already been way better. Been here on yt just waiting to be used, all thast needed to be done by their lazy asses was to download this
Make it 60fps and with the SquidPhysics cover, and it will look and feel as if it was a modern game intro EDIT: I've revisited SquidPhysics' cover, it was a long time, is not nearly as good as I remembered it
