every time you reach pity there is a 1/4 chance of getting mythic trait

For uShards it's mainly pure luck, no crafting. However if you use uPoints for crates all skins become tagged with premium meaning you can use them for crafting an unusual
And by all I do mean the skins you roll using uPoints
