If your country requires a negative PCR test upon re entering from Bangkok, you are required to have travel insurance to cover any costs that may arise from an unexpected positive test (and the subsequent quarantine).

Any Visa, or Mastercard should be accepted anywhere in Asia. But we do also advise you to carry some cash, because some places don’t accept card of any kind (: same goes for most places around the world.
A bkk-born bkkian here. I’d like to recommend you guys to try “roong reung noodle” located at phromphrong area. Literally the best pork noodle here also they received the accolade from michelin guide (bib-gourmand). Another place is tuang dimsum by chef yip. He used to work at a famous chinese restaurant in a renowned hotel then decided to build his own shop. So basically a good dimsum place with affordable prices.
