Lemme tell you a couple of 3 things. Deepcuts has no respect for this thing, he’s never been in the can, not really. He’s a guy who stepped over Borko to grab the big seat. His fathers brother
Lmao
Please Phil c'mon a
Forget Borko, forget Don Junior, who got a copyright strike and never came back, forget about my brother HBO.
In my book, you get points for staying out of the can.
-Paulie Walnuts
I love you
"I fucking knew it!"
"No, you didn't fucking know it, I just told you."
"God what am I saying at this poor woman's wake?"
😂😂😂
I love how you can clearly see the old lady in the casket breathing and it's like "Eh, who cares? She did her best"
Chris thought the computer would write a lot of his script LOL.
I had to watch it 3 times before that sank in.
LOYALE CAPO
So pretty and so dumb 🤣
It would with the technology we have now
I love that his complete misunderstanding of computers comes up several times during the series. When he's at Tony's muddah's funeral and he's high and rambling incoherently for 20 minutes, he mentions how you couldn't get all the people on the earth + anyone who has ever lived, to the same place, "even with computers". God he's such a moron and I love him for it.
"Napoleon - he was a moody fuck too." is such a great line.
Season 1 was so different. Feels like an entirely different show.
Easily my favourite season
That because the characters were growing and changing throughout the entire series. It’s what made The Sopranos so special it was the first or one of the first series were it evolved as it went for better or worse.
@@christaylor3911 Season 1 is the best by a country mile. Although I do prefer Tony's accent in the later seasons.
@@dantheman4838 I didn’t. It felt forced, but I can understand people enjoying it sounding more “wise guy” lol
@@christaylor3911 I only say that because in season 1 he just sounds like James Gandolfini, while in the later seasons he sounds like Tony Soprano. But the accent aside, Season 1 told the best story.
The best joke in season 1 is tony thinking the Talmud is a person.
I found it funny because it says some horrendous things and his reaction is actually fairly justified if he knew what it said.
@@GREATESTALLY shut it down!
@@Techn9cian123 I mean if he saw what it said about Jesus that's exactly the reaction I'd expect lol
Epic.))
@@GREATESTALLY if the world knew that it was the most heinous and repulsive book ever written! 👹
I hope Deepcuts is kicking up his points to Don Borko.
Don’t forget about the glorified crew in Jersey… “Be Kind Rewatch”
Don Borko deserves his taste
@@grizzzelda2712 borkos in Elvis country where dere aint no pure kino or cineranter.. Hehehehe
This is ridiculous, you can't just come on here and muscle him. He's not just gonna roll over! He's gonna step up!
At two points - and they split them 50-50.
tony is soooo different in season one , he looks mid thirties and relatively fit and trying to figure himself out by season two he is already a bear, a dark heavy figure
The life just wore him down over time to the point where he just didn’t give a fuck no more. Chris once said, “he’s isolated himself at the top” he lived like that for so long that he could no longer feel for anyone else but himself.
Very much so.
@@LuziannaBoy I almost cried for the old Tony when he told Dr. Melfi that he was *humbled* that she'd take him at his word. My GOD the writing got lazy in the later seasons.
I guess I'm pretty off topic but do anybody know of a good place to watch new movies online?
He was still relatable up until maybe season 4 but I think they did it on purpose. If he wasnt relatable or we couldnt find empathy for him the show wouldn't have been the hit it was. Him constantly getting worse reminds me of that experiment where we will follow people/directions even tothe point of killing innocent people if it means we don't have to feel any responsibility
The tone and atmosphere in the first season is what I seek after a re watch.
“YOU SHOT MY FOOT!!!!?!???!!!”
“It happens”
i thought u said im alright spider
Well you are not alright Spider
he says "it happens" because Tommy says this after shooting Spider in the foot too.
there were all these kinds of easter eggs all over the Sopranos about other mob movies too.
@@Ar1AnX1x tell us something we don't know.
Man, this is my favorite season. There’s so much more light in the early season, especially 1-3. 5-6 are so dark, muted, depressing.
I need to rewatch Season 1. It didn't grab me right away, I waited a few months before moving on to season 2. Then I was hooked. But now that I've seen the whole show I feel like I need to go back.
Ralph and Tony B were hilarious. Season 2 was probably the darkest
@Tonysopranoyafinookoh poor you.
"Captain Teebs" lmfaooo that one always killed me
Quasimodo predicted all this.
“Take it easy - we’re not making a western”
14:32 “What am I saying at this poor woman’s wake.” 😂😂😂 Uncle Jun is hilarious
"I'm humbled that you take my word... Yes". 🤣
It's funny that you include the clip of Carmela and Tony at 4:28 as a "deep cut". Gandolfini saying, "is that a threat" and Falco coming back with, "no, Tony, it's a RAVE REVIEW" was plastered all over the promos on HBO 20 years ago to promote the show and advertise its MANY strong reviews from critics at the time. Keep up the good work!
What is a Deep cut anyway??
@@nonofyourbuzyness2824 Clips that are "good" (i.e., entertaining, important, etc.) by some standard, but presumably not ones that are popular or well-known.
@@nonofyourbuzyness2824 and it’s traditionally used for music.
@@jpiii8887 Thanks for the explanation. I didn't know what the videos were about. My first thought when I saw "deep cuts" was a series of allusions to history, pop-culture and local culture that may have flew over many's heads, are niche or layered. But a lot of the clips didn't have that so I was stumped.
Damn its 5am Ive been watching these Sopranos shorts for hours I can't turn off my laptop
Right!!!!! "I'll just watch a couple of clips". Two and half hours later, I'm still here.
It is an amazing show
"Don't worry, Sopranos Deepcuts. If Borko shakes you down, tell him you're with my family. He'll back off." - Gianni Russo.
"Hey how's Borko?"
_punch_
"That's how Borko is... You paying Borko for this clip channel?"
"We're with HBO.."
""HBO, you paying *HBO* for this clip channel?"
"No..."
"You paying _somebody_ for this clip channel?"
Gianni Russo 😂 probably thinks he came up with The Sopranos
Gianni Russo inspired the script for Sopranos... can ya believe it?
“As the Talmud says”
“I don’t give shit what he says”
If only Tony knew what it said…
"Hold up, they're supposed to kill and enslave who?!?!? They do what to the baby?!?!?"
My friends here......
"Russian BooBoo's? You go in for basic foreplay and they'll detail your car." What a line
I'll take 3 please
Damn - that priest was a creep.
Which ones aren't? At least he was after a dime like Carmella and not after some kids

Dude can we all just take a moment to appreciate the fact that tony had the best wife. He woke up carmela in the middle of the night and she asked him if he wanted sex. That is a good wife
probably because hes neglecting her. poor girl never gets her boxed shined by him.
That's the lamentation of a woman who wants her intimate needs met by a nearly estranged husband.
Edie/Carmela looks fine without makeup though at 5:25
No that’s a deprived wife feeling unwanted
No, her response could interprecated in a number of ways. Not necessarily encouraging penisary contact with her Volvo.
I like how tony and paulie can take the same level of thought in dealing with a enemy as they do dealing with a rodent problem
9:13 the only time Livia ever backed down after being put in her place…despite her suspicions being correct lol
She realised she doesn't have the same influence or control on people that didn't grow up or were forced to live in her house.
Poor Johnny Soprano lol.
"im an animal lover" few seasons later, kills adrianna's dog
Sometimes a single character make all the difference in pronunciation & meaning, like if that line were written “I’m an animal, lover.”
@@jonathannagel7427 lol typo police back at it again
Saddest part was the fact the dog was a made man.
He was on drugs. That will make you hurt your mom
He did-dent!
It’s funny that Christopher shot the guys foot and says it happens. He should know. It happened to him in Goodfellas
9:28 Chris foreshadows ChatGPT.
14:30 was the hardest I laughed throughout the whole series😭😭
Sopranos Deepcuts is the new boss, and he ain't respecting old arrangements.
Oh the 90 pounds mole over here
@@khangtrinh4617 Well.....uh.....thats, uh....that's *deplorable*
I live but to serve, my liege
The scene with Chris shooting the guy in the foot is easily top 10 for the series. The best is Chris's line after responding to "YOU SHOT ME IN THE FOOT". "Meh It happens". The fact that they would throw a random Goodfella's reference in for fun was great. When the series was running I hoped they would actually mention the movie GoodFella's only because they mentioned Godfather so it must exist in their world.
They did. There’s a scene where Christopher tells tony he wants to make movies and he replies with leave that idea alone, you gonna go Henry hill on me
@@IshyD2K9Blad Meh.. Henry was a real person though so it's not really the same thing.
@@davidlevy6418 how is it not? Henry Hill is literally the main character so if he exists then the movie exists
@@davidlevy6418 he literally references the existence of a movie henry hill made. jesus you're a fucking idiot
@@abysssun4979 Did he say "GoodFella's"? He didn't? Oh then you can shut the fuck up and move on because you obviously can't fucking read. Moron.
Man season 1 was good. It almost feels like Tony was really killed by the black guys and the rest of the season was Tony's imagination or worse his purgatory or hell
15:56 you can hear Paulie laugh at Chrissy's hat off-screen
Greatest show that's ever aired.
"You resisting arrest?" *THWACK*
“Where are the Romans now?”
“YOU’RE LOOKIN AT EM ASSHOLE!”
😂🤣 F**** Perfect Dialog..
Everyone in that scene was 0% self aware.
God I can’t get enough, I could watch 24/7!
We were all fascinated by the inner workings of another culture and business it was amazing everybody was glued to their TVs
Christopher: I'm an animal lover. Sometimes they crawl under me for warmth.
I DID-ENT!
What was it, barkin?
“Is everyone in my fucking life bananas, or what?” Tony thought that through the entire series. The look he gave Paulie after he rescued him in the Pine Barrens and Paulie told him he left the money in his car was priceless. Like he was talking to an imbecile.
I love rewatching the first 2 seasons.
This is an excellent compilation! Definitely some of my favorites
I dunno. It never had the makings of a varsity compilation
There was nothing that we could do about it. Borko was a made man, and Sopranos Deepcuts wasn't
Such a great show. The writing and the acting is better than anything else 20 years after the fact.
Breaking bad tho
Better Call Saul?
But like breaking bad tho?
@@John-gg6opbcs isnt as good as everyone says in my opinion ,people just wanted more breaking bad so the breaking bad actors return but now clearly aged even though its supposed to be a prequal. And why the fuck did hector salamanca trust taco so much? Because hes fast? Taco loves his father and could easily flip if his father’s life would be threatened (you know like what happened?) Taco loved his father too much it doesnt make sense
Orange juice is my favorite character. I wish they did even more with it. But only if it has SOME pulp
😂 - where has John LoCicero been? 😂
I liked the fish that was running guns for Tony on the sasso hit I wish they did more with that character.
There will never be a better show then this…….NEVER
For years now Borko has been putting videos in my feed in protection entertainment…
6:02 Carmella pretending she's a choir boy.
She had a very deep, undeveloped need to define her own spirituality. Lol
Alter Boy Slick
Nancy Marchand was a great actress and lady RIP
I love the Soprano scenes where they "work out." The women go to the gym dressed in brand new, BRIGHT workout clothes (and push up bras) and never take off their jewelry. They half-heartedly work out on the Nautilus machines, slowly, because you can't gossip when out of breath. The made men will "work out" in sweats, or a jogging suit, or a tailor-made silk suit, it doesn't matter, and always have a cigarette or cigar in their mouth. 1:06
You been told to kick up to Borko he run the Sopranos clips racket
Borko is nuthin' more than a glorified channel....
Guys Guys ..... As a fact , Borjo took his 20%
Oh yeah that's a real good legaleeee!
Are you resisting arrest?
00:19. Just to confirm. They were swinging the body back and forth to land it INSIDE of the waste skip?
Yup. Not a physics class between the two of them.
When the Vipers shot at Chris, he almost shit his pants. But then he manuged to get the drip on them.
Dr. Melfi is so hot, with glasses, without glasses... 😍
This is great thanks
This show is like a holiday at Captain Teebs.
Juniorrrrr!!!!!!! At the wake man 😂😅
Lol they didn't even throw the body halfway up the dumpster
8:20 is an underrated Livia quote.
The one liners from this random compilation are impressive. The two and three liners too. Such amazing characterization and commentary on the human condition. About to begin the journey again with these guys…
I just realised that Christopher doesn't understand what an arc is.
He don’t got an arc, He did dint.
I like these man hope to see more
Thanks!!
bro love this tysm
I just finished my first ever watch of the The Sopranos last night.
Think it's about high time for a rewatch.
EDIT: Might skip over those Father Phil / Carmela scenes. Once was enough for those.
I think the last episode was absolutely
Gandolfini looked almost slim. Almost..
My new all time favorite character -- Livia.
Oh, looks who’s decided to join us? And with that breath.
I loved that line about the romans
Loved the video
Every time I travel I stay at Captain Teeb's. Very luxurious hotels.
When Chris says he thought the computer would 'do' most of his script 😏
Very well done. 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼
Every scene with vasuvio is pure gold
Nice video bro big fan
Much appreciated! Working on Season 6 as we speak.
Sopranos #1 series EVER shown on television. First class acting by possibly 50+ actors/actresses that each played their part 💯 to make this my all time FAVORITE. James Gandolfini led an all-star cast and injected his majic into every scene. Michael Imperioli and Steve Buscemi SHINED in this gem, as did Tony’s entire gang.. Little Steven Van Zant acted like a seasoned actor instead of the Rock/Blues guitarist of The East Street Band. Jimmy (Gandolfini) brought out the best in everyone’s acting ability with his input according to many of the cast and it shows. RIP Jimmy, hope to have a drink with you on the other side man. ✌️
It’s the GOAT and it’s not close
Tony’s down fall for a varsity athlete was he can’t breath correctly out of his nose. I figured it out!!!
It was probably that ten yard dash.
Joe on the block priceless 👌 love you James RIP 🙏
"My name is Clarence" hahahahaha
Ohhh! Paulie really rang that guy's bell!
10:20 artie with that 1970s swag
I loved when Artie would always try to be a tough guy, but everyone would just bitch him around because they could see right through it lol.
I almost got out of my car.
"Every last hair on his head and he's got a beautiful head of hair."
Christopher learned that stabbing shooting move from a navy seal. Improves accuracy by 50%
5 grand to Borko every week. I don’t care if you’re in Dear Valley or Death Valley!
I prefer deer creek and alpine valley. I’m not sayin...I’m just sayin.
Best vids ever
UP IN DA CLUB!
Did Chris really think that the laptop would write the script for him? Isn't that what he said?
the last 2 scenes in particular are priceless to me
chris, the animal lover. tried to keep little coset warm. poor guy
15:35 In the days when Tropicana bottles were made of glass...Inflation
Lol like that just happened now. Haven't been in glass for 15 years
9:12 the only time Livia is defeated
What’s funny is that Livia is actually right, Carmella did have an exterior motive. Carmella was taking her out in order for Tony to sneak in and stash away weapons and money in her room.
She made my skin crawl I couldn’t stand his mama
You could do a compilation of just Tony saying "Go back to sleep."
so many good lines in this compilation dude. "im humbled that you'd take my word" "im no mental midget" "last week i called u a hooah"
George and the phone was priceless.
A LOT of scenes and parts of season one remind me of parts of Oz. You can tell they both came from HBO, not far apart either. Sopranos knocked it out of the park for HBO but Oz really set it up
