The only reason you didn't get stung is because those bees were in a clutch, which means they have no queen (in which they bundle up and only think about surviving, not stinging)
A bee flew onto my shoulder without me knowing and I walked into my house and ate (chicken nuggets) and went back out side when I saw it fly off my shoulder I have a feeling it was a spy
The reason they are so calm is because they are swarming! These bees have no home to defend so they aren't as crabby as a hive with brood and honey to defend. The only thing that they are worried about is protecting their queen. Swarm season is typically in the mid spring and it's when a bee colony splits in half to make room for more bees. The old queen leaves with about half the hive and leaves a new queen in her stead.
what are they going to do with a box of bees? the only thing i could think of is leaving it at someone you dont likes doorstep with instructions to "shake well before opening"
I remember like it was yesterday. It was 1993; I was three years old and my parents were laying fresh blacktop for our new driveway. I was playing at the bottom of the driveway when I saw the bumble bee that would traumatize me and make me fear all stinging insects. It must've been having a bad day foraging for nectar and picked me. I spotted it flying near the garage up the driveway and it spotted me too. It flew straight down the driveway toward me, up to my face and right into the left ear. It fit in it like a glove. I could feel its legs skittering into my ear before I felt one of the most excruciating pains of my life. I ran aimlessly while screaming, crying and smacking the side of my head and clawing at the inside of my ear trying to get the bumble bee out. I can still remember the deafening buzzing it made as it desperately tried to fly out after stinging me. Through all of the commotion and the panic, the smacking, slapping and clawing at my ear, I ended up decimating it and tearing it into pieces in my fingernails. A short-lived victory, as the immense pain radiated through the side of my face and my ear swelled shut. I could still feel its tiny legs crawling about inside my ear, the fur as it brushed against my skin and the obnoxious buzzing of its wings, and still can to this day. It gives me the creeps. I worked as a machinist at a manufacturing facility a few years back and a large bumble bee flew in when our shipping doors were open. He would fly over my station and I would immediately cower and seek a safe distance from him. My coworkers thought it was silly until I told them about my run-in with one as a child. I will admit I get a little jumpy and childish when I see one. I dodge it at all circumstances and give it a clear radius of space. But can you blame me? While I know bumble bees are generally not aggressive and are usually very passive creatures, the fact that one went rogue and decided to take me on was enough to prove to me early-on that there are cruel life forms in this world. I'm happy to tear a vehicle chassis apart or shoot .50 caliber rifles; I'll stick my hands down a nasty sewer drain to unclog a mess or get them close to grinding wheels that can easily shred fingers - things many people wouldn't find very appealing. But put me within 10 feet of a bee and I'll lose my shit. Weirdest thing.
Yea I feel you. I was in California fueling at a truck stop and a honey bee tried to land on me. I was like “no shoo!” And he insisted. So I was like, “fine. You can chill with me. But if you sting or hurt me, you die.” Sure enough, felt kid little fangs go into me and the painful little venom seep in. So I grabbed him off of me and literally threw him into the gas pump thing. As I was pulling him off, he stung. Went to the doctor and everything and was basically fine. But that little bastard definitely made me wary of being around bees…
None. The bees are swarming, and so they wouldn't sting him. Also, a bee wouldn't really want to sting you, since they would die soon after. When they are swarming, they don't give a shi t about you, and just keep moving.
Honey bees will only stong when they feel like they are under attack. Wasps however will sting whenever they feel like it, wasps are assholes. I got stung 21 times when I just walked past a wasp hive on the sidewalk
xD bee's tried to make a nest in a huge lantern next to my front door..I literally grabbed a broom and smacked the bee's with it, And of course shut the door before it gets in.. then when it went away to do somethin somethin i broke the nest ;-; gosh-
I would not be able to get within 10 feet of that hive. I'm terrified of bees. Even the mere sound of a bee buzzing right next to my head just makes me cringe.

Everyone: These bees are swarming! BUT This is the safest time to be around bees! This is to spread around that bees are actually not what we have been taught. The bees probably feel like a tickle on his hand and he is completely safe!
well we have been taught what we have so allergic people don't act like idiots and get stung.... and some are really dangerous. These are just honey bees. And the honey bees at my house? If I get near and down even provoke them they chase me and sometimes sting
Last time at my school we found 2-3 bees and I told me friend to mess with them and the bees thought I mest with them and I ran as fast that I couldn't feel anything on my body
He picked up the honey with the bees the bees was stuck on the honey not his hand that's how he fool you into thinking he had that much control over them he didn't
The reason why this guy wasn't stung is because he wasnt afraid, or was very calm or he knew how to control his emotions. Bees just like other animals such as dogs can detect adrenaline. The bees knowing that the man was calm and not releasing adrenaline hormones of fear makes the bees feel safer. What I mean by this is that if a bee detects discomfort it automatically thinks, or more likely has the instinct to be aware of the organism of its sorrounding site. The bee therefore perhaps, believing the subject ( human in this case ) is a threat, risking its own life to keep the beehive safe by stinging the " danger "". I hope this makes sense, I'm only 12 years old so I'm sorry if this wasn't a great explanation or i perhaps got some information wrong. But I saw that lots of people were questioning this matter saying thiings like " HOW COULD HE DO THAT..... SO BRAVE..... I WOULDNT EVEN DO THAT IF I WAS GIVEN A MILLION BUCKS ". He is collecting a swarm so I believe he could be somewhat experienced in bee keeping. Where I live in Italy ( all though I am British ) we have quite a few swarms coming from our beehive ( around 2-3 queen bees born a year ), the italian bee keepers hardly use equipment for handling bees ( and I mean safety gear such as suits, gloves, smoke etc. ) because they know how to control their adrenaline hormones by keeping calm.Hope I helped :)Scarlet A.T.
AlexisDaGamer_ 04 honey bees, like other animals, can sense adrenaline levels,if you stay calm they feel safer, however,if you panic and run around like most people, they will feel threatened and risk their life to protect the hive.
these are most likely European honey bees, which are a very passive species. but since they don't have a built in hive, they're forced to swarm. in this state, they're basically vulnerable, but they won't be aggressive because they don't have a hive to protect.
they're swarming!!! they're trying to find a new place to live and in this state they're the chillest they can get hence why you can get a handful of bees without getting stung
It's a 'waggle dance' they're telling other bees the location of food, water and most likely a new shelter in relation to the sun, the duration of the waggle and direction of it indicates the distance and direction (each second of shaking = 1km away)
Aweh! For anyone wondering, those bees are swarming! Like the guy said, they've gathered there to find a new hive. They're completely docile, which is why they don't seem to mind being bothered. If you see a swarm like this, call a relocation service! They're harmless and essential to the environment.
Only reason I won't put my hand in that is that I'm very ticklish witch I hate very much and I wish I wasn't so if I had a hand full of them on my palm I would freak the fuck out because it's so ticklish.
bees don't want to harm anyone. there just doing there job making what we love. you don't fight and swing . they will be a peace with you. these guys just proved it.
+DAVID STRICKLIN i, terrified of bees. Because i've been stung twice before when i was little. Once when i was a baby and once when i was in 1st or 2nd grade the second time i got stung was when i was standing in the road from when i was running around then a bee landed on my finger. Did you here what he said "they're not here to sting, they are here to find a new home"
that was fun
He picked up the honey with the bees the bees was stuck on the honey not his hand that's how he fool you into thinking he had that much control over them he didn't
+Black Frosting no honey, just a large swarm. In that state bees are super calm.
A perfect Christmas present.
I wouldn't do that if you paid me..

Girom Christian Calica You say that.... but i'd like to see a video of you picking up a group of bees with your bare hands >.>
Im so Legit Problem is, I don't know where to find any, and it's pretty difficult finding a beehive here in Pasig, let alone buy a private-owned one.
They're so cute and fuzzy!! 😍

We've woken the hive!
OMG I wish I can like this comment a million times
You are amazing 😂
Dinklebot4life!
Lol
I'm playing destiny watching this vid and you show that
The reason why this guy wasn't stung is because he wasnt afraid, or was very calm or he knew how to control his emotions.

If someone gets stung by the same sort bee twice, isn't it possible for them to go into anaphylactic shock ?
Wizardporn2008 funny name
upvoted just for rem
Wizardporn2008 a bee can't sting twice
Logic Nb I'm talking like the same bread of bee.
Wizardporn2008 No, The poison in Bees are not THAT powerful.
Omg how did they NOT get stung?! 😱😁
AlexisDaGamer_ 04 honey bees will only sting if they are really in danger, because they die if they sting
Honeybees don't have stingers.
you can't be mad at someone for not knowing something you do....what a sad way to live....great video none the less
Thank you so much idk Google That .
AlexisDaGamer_ 04 honey bees, like other animals, can sense adrenaline levels,if you stay calm they feel safer, however,if you panic and run around like most people, they will feel threatened and risk their life to protect the hive.
Why aren't they stinging him?
He wasn't being a threat
these are most likely European honey bees, which are a very passive species. but since they don't have a built in hive, they're forced to swarm. in this state, they're basically vulnerable, but they won't be aggressive because they don't have a hive to protect.
too late. the internet has made autism a cancerous meme. autism has now become a cultural joke that people laugh at. it's unstoppable
Isaac Gourrier looks like someone's got beef ^^
they're swarming!!! they're trying to find a new place to live and in this state they're the chillest they can get
hence why you can get a handful of bees without getting stung
Lol, the bees are dancing.
It's a 'waggle dance' they're telling other bees the location of food, water and most likely a new shelter in relation to the sun, the duration of the waggle and direction of it indicates the distance and direction (each second of shaking = 1km away)
MrSmaste miley cyres has tought the bees the new move called TWERK
mileycyrus approved
Were they boiled for safety?
Chase definitely helped on this one

beeee nice
Aweh! For anyone wondering, those bees are swarming! Like the guy said, they've gathered there to find a new hive. They're completely docile, which is why they don't seem to mind being bothered. If you see a swarm like this, call a relocation service! They're harmless and essential to the environment.
imagine he sneezes
buba *OOF*

whatever... you see the bees stinging them? no. there just moving them to a new location.... ASS HOLE
ohh wait you don't read English.... my bad..
Try doing that with a Japanese hornet just be anywhere near them and they will attack you to no end.
+Gustavo Rodriguez that's when fire comes. I care nothing for hornets. these bees make honey. hornets are pests.
Yeah I like bees but hornets are just aggressive even though I cause no threat and am trying to get a way so screw them.
+DAVID STRICKLIN i, terrified of bees. Because i've been stung twice before when i was little. Once when i was a baby and once when i was in 1st or 2nd grade the second time i got stung was when i was standing in the road from when i was running around then a bee landed on my finger. Well i would've been fine had a car not started driving towards me and i had to run away. Making the bee sting me... I am terrified of beed now ;-;
