FOX45 News is asking questions after videos sent to our newsroom capture what appears to be a homemade drink being consumed or distributed on City streets.

While people debate the root cause, Fell's Point and B-more in general suffer. Not going to visit anytime soon. Too dangerous. Inner Harbor is a ghost of what it was. The plaza there is probably going to be torn down.

I used to go into the worst neighborhoods In west Bmore to find addicts who wanted to stop using and help them get square.
I stopped during Covid and won’t go back until it’s safer. So basically addicts can’t get sponsors because of crime. Way to go Bmore

The safety of residents/business owners/employees is obviously off the table at this point.

Still haven't heard a response from BCG personnel on the substance that was knocking women out, and making them vulnerable to sexual assaults in Homeless Industry. @WBALTV11 found the 1 business owner in all of Fells Point, who is saying the opposite of everyone else in Fells Point. He just so happens to be directly across the street from Sagamore Pendry Hotel and all of his business comes from there. And he's afraid that will end. All the other businesses that aren't fortunate enough to be attached to The Sagamore Pendry hotel, are suffering. You should be sticking with the other businesses to find a solution to the problem. One of his businesses Cooper's tavern is where a bouncer Marco Nunez that worked up the street was killed in front of, on Thames Street a year or so ago.
Nunez was working at riptide by the bay when he was shot. Not koopers. I was there that night.
I thought he was a bouncer at the club up the street on Broadway and they came down the riptide to have a couple drinks after work?? I can't remember the name of that place but mobies is one of them Right across the street from Broadway market at those two bars that are back to back Club
