    Rob whenever I watch your videos I notice myself just silently shaking my head in disbelief that the information I'm being presented with is so informative, concise, and FREE. I appreciate all of the effort you've put into your channel that I've been able to use to my advantage

    Could you have put some diff on the projection mount to soften the shadow a bit? So opal or super light diff just to blend and soften the shadow a bit. I found it a bit distracting, either way amazing information as always! Thank you Rob!

      Adding any sort of diffusion would start scattering the precise beam - maybe not so much if it was super super light - but I’m not sure it would make a noticeable difference at that point! I don’t think a general audience would notice, and that’s who we light for! Thank you so much, I hope you’re enjoying the series! ☺️

    I'm from Uganda. When watching these lighting videos, I feel like you need expensive lights and equipment to create good lighting. Can't I archive these kind of lighting with house household lights like led t5 tube or led bulb.?

      Of course! Take the first setup - you could bounce the key light from a long bed sheet instead and replace all the lights with ones that you already own!
