Congratulations. Eagles scout 1993. Troop 1323 Houston. It's the one thing I ALWAYS have on my resume. Eagle Scout. And sometimes I get the OA handshake for Brotherhood from time to time from those who test me.

I just got Life after about a year of being Star. I am getting my patch at the next Court of Honor which is this Tuesday! Honestly I have been kind of lazy with boy scouts and I really regret it now. I could have gotten Life, like last December. I guess I have some time because I am only 14.5, but I feel like I should have already gotten Eagle. I have friends who are younger than me and in lower grades who are already Eagle Scouts. What should I do?!
Start working on your Eagle Project paperwork. Get it submitted, approved, and completed. Then, get your Eagle paperwork completed and submitted. Complete as many additional MBs for palm leafs (automatic for every +5 at your Eagle Board). And for the remaining time until you turn 18, give back to your Troop, District, and Counsel. Help new scouts acclimate, mentor older scouts, and volunteer at winter/summer camps. Keep me updated on your status⚜️
@@EagleScoutMacGuzman I am already qualified for 5 palms. I need 1 more for a second silver one. I am being a Den Chief again this year and working on like 3 eagle required merit badges. Personal Fitness, Personal Management, and First Aid.
@@chrisrekstad3882 If I was you, start prioritizing. As in, start the badges that take a long time, and also try to see if your troop can incorporate Troop Activities towards you getting some requirements done.
