Really good phrase to use to show gratitude/politeness is after you get the food from the restaurant etc say ''Oazukarishimasu'' said like ''Oh-az-kari-shimaaaas''.
It means I'll take care of it/handle it carefully.
Another one for customers is to say ''Omataseitashimashita'' said like ''Omata-se-tashimashta'' meaning thanks for waiting!
If you have multiple bags that you're handing to one customer, you can say ''Kochira to kochira desu'', like saying ''this and this''
are you sure It's not お待たせしました / omataseshimashita. Remove 1 "ta" ? or does it also work

I work in CCTV/door access industry here in Singapore and the reason you have to call multiple times is because the first intercom is to unlock the outer door and the second intercom call for lift floor control, meaning the floor buttons are usually locked until the resident grants you access.. Anyways this is another awesome video! Keep up the good work!
