    Thanks for the video, I've just bought the same machine, had it now 10 weeks. We were absolutely amazed how quiet it was and didn't jump about and make noises like our old Hotpoint. But now it's started shaking quite bad from side to side and rumbles, in fact the shaking is that bad it rattle's the pots and pans in the cupboards and the floor vibrates ,, I've checked it for level and it's perfect. I'm going to have to get in contact with the retailer because this is definitely not good

    Try to avoid 30min cycle because it's not good for machine will have lime scale all over it and heating problems

    • @Andy-Robus
      @Andy-Robus 5 лет назад +1

      Let alone will start to smell after a while, to kill germs inside the drum and washing machine you need 60'c or more and a longer wash. If you keep doing 30 minutes wash what you should do once a month is a maintenance wash. If your particular machine has no maintenance wash setting you can manually do it by Setting it to cotton's at 90'c , lowest spin speed no detergent or fabric conditioner and no clothes in the drum. Let it run . Could take 3 hours or more to complete but the 90c heat will kill the germs and make the machine smell better and dissolve the detergent gunk that left behind in the pump and drum where the short 30min and low temperature washes have left. Hope this helps.

    • @stfuplsok
      @stfuplsok 5 лет назад +4

      this machine has an 'Auto Clean' function. just press the button/s with an empty drum (just add 10% of detergent or special additives -to clean the machine) and let it run. this takes 70 minutes.
      this (cleaning) should be done after every 40 wash cycles.
