Blaster Metal Rescue Review,

Giving a try out at Blaster Metal Rescue Rust Remover Bath. Using it on some old tools and parts made out of mild steel, mild steel covert with mill scale, harden steel and Cast Iron.
The end result is a darker finish with some rust stain left over. To have a nice finish, it definitely need to be wire-brushed. It does facilitated the clean up over the normal just wire brush. It does left a very light pitted finish on the Cast Iron.
I left the parts submerged for about 36hrs. Make sure parts a not stalked on top of each other or a stain mark will be left on the finish.
Overall, I give the product a 7 out of 10.

This may work for light rust, but based upon my sample of one, the product does not work even when covered with plastic and left for 24 hours, I would say look elsewhere for a rust removal product.
