I'm using a plain one which is fine (Dollar tree one) which is fine with me and plus I save money. Goals for next year --> 1)Get a better job after 6 months to a year that's close to home (Hopefully something around my field or see myself enjoying more than my last) 2)Catch up on posting my journey from the past 2 years of College 3)Take my time off work to really relax and do what I missed doing and enjoy. Defienlty to help me get back on the habit to do what can help me for a career in music (includes drawing, and jorunaling which I stopped for a while being busy with school last spring) 4)Getting close to be debt free from College loans. (At the half way point!) 5)Get a sewing machine to make my own costumes little by little.
I can see with cute journals that you did how a person can go overboard on decorating because its cute! I did a cute Minnie Mouse Planner to list stuff and just got a plain list journal for the past year and I'm fine with that. At least for me drawing and decorating would be a bit too much for me to do on a planner I just write what happens, deadlines, and important events. It definitely helps me to be reminded more than writing it on a phone or laptop. (Plus I have a lot of sticky notes and small loose paper I can now use) Being in University helped me a lot to have a to do list on my desk and planner and have small and long term goals to see what I can do or where i left off. I recommend doing this early in high school to get it in good habit. The moments that stood out to me in this video 1)You have a kitty!!
Me and traditional planners don't get along. I admire your ability to do it for any length of time. I love bullet journaling. It makes more sense to me. I want to get Frans planner just to have it. They look so amazing
This was so fun omg! Im getting really into planners and decorating them and travellers journals. Some of my goals/plans for 2018 are to improve my art, backgrounds, perspective, figure out my art style, graduate high school (AAA), go to art school!
Yay! Planners and travelers notebooks are great! Seems like we have a few similar goals for the year (backgrounds and perspective DX) Good luck with high school and going to art school!! :D

Haha, was that a cheeky face reveal? :P I have frannerd's monthly calendar block and I love it! I wanted to get her planner but I am using the leuchtturm1917 as a bullet journal and I love it to much to abandon it. Maybe next year !
Hmm...I should definitely try using a planner like things to keep notes. Thank you for sharing this idea! (Even if you already shared it before...) This will keep me more organized and kinda set reminders for myself, so I really appreciate this video.

So many planners!! I wish I was a planner person, I'm more of a just calendar person though. I have this huge white board calendar that I hang in my bedroom. I need to find a new place for it though. I'm almost 37 weeks pregnant and my baby's bassinet is in the way so it's hard to get to. But I do have goals for 2018, besides being a new mom; I crochet so I would love to eventually open an Etsy shop and sell my crocheted stuff (just need to make a list of products I would be comfortable making, patterns I'll be using for said items, pricing, etc.) and I would like to pick back up on my art again. I've been on hiatus because of my pregnancy (and lack of space).

lol I struggle between sticking to a bujo or a regular planner. I want to keep a book for the whole year but it's so hard :p And yay for reading! :D Right now I own like 130 unread books and my goal this year is to bring that down to less than 100. So far I've already read 2 small ones :)
My goal is to try making things out of polymer clay and to post my drawings more! Btw, I LOVE how the inside of your planners look💖💖💖😍 they are so colorful!!!

Wow you've laminated your bookmark - that's next level! I love this planner and just uploaded a july 2020 set up in it - haha yes 2 years later than you. Did you do an update in the end, how did you find it? I like to jump around planners a lot so tend to stick with dateless planners. With this planner it was initially too nice for me to use until now because I made a promise that I won't buy anymore stationery until I've used everything. So out comes this planner, good thing it's dateless.
