That was beautiful! As i closed my eyes, my 2 daughters started laughing and giggling. The most precious reminder to let loose and laugh. My inner 5 year old brought me into the sensation of swinging carefree like i used to love to do. And running theough my favorite field of wild flowers at the base of the largest hill behind my childhood house. Thank you Vylana for your music 🎶 and Charolette for your wisdom. 😂

Those bowls are at 440ish. Most crystal bowls, especially from China are. Tibetan bowls have been at 432 for millenia. I so resonate with Vylana's voice, but way more so when she's at 432. Thank you. Tammy

I didn't do a meditation l, I just allowed myself to listen and at a certain point in her sound bath, I experienced something I never experienced before. As if I started hearing 2 simultaneous things, almost like 2 layers of parallel sound in my left ear. And I didn't hear just her sing, I heard another voice sing the same thing at the same time plus slightly harmonizing with her. It felt almost like a wise, almost elderly man singing it. It's hard to explain it..but if felt as if someone else was either leading it or at least singing along. I couldn't believe it at 1st. But I kept hearing it for as long as she sang. Such an interesting and amazing experience indeed. (Maybe the fact that I was listening to it at around 4:30 am had something to do with it 😉) And then I felt some physical sensations... Like 3 pulses/twitches just above my left ear... So I definitely received some sort of an activation for sure. So beautiful and potent! 🥰💗💖✨

I had wished & wished I could find some soothing mantra like music 🎶 for days in hope to find something similar to what you shared that day with Sky. been holding onto such heavy deep guilty for letting my baby’s father allow me to lose my kids it’s been so hard trying to work two jobs to get a place to get them back seeing them once a week and my two year old not knowing I’m his mama has been devastating I am trying to gift myself the truth that this time I can become the best version of myself for them but the guilt of time passing so quickly and missing them is so so hard
