40k is just insane, in almost any lineup against other universes it almost always wins. In the cases where a fair unit to unit lineup isn't won some very important factors aren't part of the equation, example: the imperium don't like fighting fair, it throws so much at you you drown in corpses if nothing else
War hammers biggest limiter. Is that their warp tunnal FTL, Sucks compared to other FTLs of other scifi factions. Making it take a really long time to do any proper war against other interstellar empires. Not to mention all the bad things that could happen while traveling through the warp. And the side effects.
Also don't forget that the Imperium of man is bad at combined arms and Asymmetrical warfare in general. Their ground forced rarely have air support. Compared To lets say the clones of star wars. Also anti vehicle weapons would be used against space marines. Allowing other scifis to take them out.
If they didn't have to deal with chaos gods would be like dune folding space. Also, 40k has been fighting for Millennia, fighting in some records ten thousand years others since the dawn of time. It is hard to fight any race in 40k that has been fighting kinda non-stop.
@@Inquisitor_Cadian the Tua Basicly are as young as any other sci-fi race, who’s tech many 40k fans say are compare able to other sci fis like Star Wars and halo. Yet they continueally beet 40k mega powers with an empire far smaller or compare able to other sci-fi.
@Gibson7Clans very true mate they don't use the warp to travel unless you look at the kroot that do. Most of the time, you get stories of them surviving because something bigger came up and the other force fighting the tau leave to fight the bigger threat. Other times, you get The Tau is so small that if any superpower in warhammer put in all their effort or major effort, the Tau would be destroyed in one quick stroke.(not a big fan of this)
Another thing that makes knoghts and titans of the imperium superior to waljers from star wars is that knoghts and titans are physically linked to their pilots giving them more fluid motion and planning compared to imperial walkers like the at at
And also is the design. Who tf thought that a 5 meters walking vehicle could only carry two minilasers? Thats why i dont like Star Wars vehicles, they just look unarmed. A dreadnought with less than half the size carry more and more powerful weapons than them.
It would be so funny to see the POV of a stormtrooper on one of does Walker when the Knight start charging them with a giant chainsword XD
Those stormtroopers should be happy that the knights didnt have the meltaguns or the power claws.

Please keep in mind that in the star wars universe, ballistics or 'slug throwers' as they call them, are very rare and as such, 90% of their armor is made to defend against energy based weaponry, not high grade tungsten rounds with explosive tips let alone the machine guns that fire rocket propelled rounds that are made to combat the denizens of hell. Add in the force fields the knights had to combat eldritch weaponry and of course the imperial knights are gonna stomp on the empire like one would a bug
@@srdodojedi3749 - An empire that lasted 30 vs. one that is 40 000 years old that only knows war. Warhammer will always win.
There's also some things that aren't shown here about Knights:
*Most Knights have a directional shield generator (Ion Shield) that the pilot can move almost at will (but only one direction at a time and it's relatively narrow). It's not as good as a Void Shield obviously, but it helps a lot against anti-armour shots and most other threats.
*Most Knights are FAST and nimble. They are not Reaver Titans or bigger who are more prone to take a solid stance and shoot; Knights are almost always on the move, flanking, repositioning and outflanking enemies and not presenting an artillery target for long.
*They usually work more closely together than being this widespread, more like at the end, but this one highly depends on the House and their traditions.
*Also, as others already mentioned, there are other patterns of Knights that are MUCH scarier and devastating.

Titan warlord: Ok now its my turn
I always thought Star Wars vehicles looks unarmed, just compare here, two walking machines of similar size, Warhammer: 2 big weapons, 1 medium weapon and 1, maybe 2 small. Star Wars: 2 small, even smaller than the ohter ones. And also they look fragile, just look to those innecesary tall and thin legs, they look like they are going to break by their own weihgt.

You know what I would love to see instead of knights having a Titan legion fighting the imperials warlord's, Reaver's,warhounds and if possible one emperor class Titan that would be absolutely amazing to see

немного странно что так много попаданий выдерживает техника из звездных воин, я не помню чтобы в звездных войнах использовались виды оружия с пулями и снарядами, вероятно тепловое воздействие техника из звездных воин и выдерживает поскольку там лазеры и все в этом духе, но не ракеты и пули, по крайней мере мне так кажется.

there is only Knight Crusader who are more specialized against infantry...just add a knight Castellan and the game would have be twice shorter
