Years and years ago when I was a full time NYC actor, I went on a shoot for stock photos. I was in the offices on Park Ave South and this lovely woman and I started talking. We chit chatted for a bit and she told me she was a makeup artist and she was excited because things were taking off. I remember she was very sweet, friendly and so cool. She gave me her card and I put it somewhere but kept her in the back of my mind. It was Pat. I can't find the card and it will drive me nuts till my last day on this mothership earth. lol. I just have to say, your reviews are always so incredibly reliable, so I'm not even a little bit surprised that you've achieved this level of recognition. I can always come back to them even after several years if I'm considering purchasing a makeup item (especially Pat McGrath!) to get all the information I'd want to see; from swatches to product details (made in Iiiitalyyy). Your reviews are always so thorough and so well organized with time stamps and live swatch comparisons. And my favorite part is that because you make sure to film in natural light, we get to see such an accurate depiction of the colors you show us that the promo photos can never fully capture. I am from the UK and have been following the events in the US from afar. I have been following the RUclips channels The Grapevine (US &Uk version) and Amandabb for a while now. In particular the video ruclips.net/video/Ivthlc9nxLI/видео.html posted by Amandabb "we are exhausted" this week was so eloquent I had share it. She also post a few different links to various organisations for those who don't know how to help which I haven't seen anywhere else. Hope I am not being too patronising- in the UK we have the same issues only its hidden better.

This comparison has taught me that if I were to drop the money on one of these, it would be Divine Rose 1. Those tones would definitely look better on me.

kinkysweat i didn’t even like pink! Who have I become! Ever since the first divine rose came out, ive been obsessed with pink eyeshadow. But I never got the palette.i like pink balanced with the browns and golds. It makes it not so “ dainty”. I did get CT 12 pan pillowtalk and that showed me that I do love these pinks with my browns eyes. I’m obsessed 😍.....

I’m so happy for you Alicia, you deserve this so much. I fell out with Pat for a couple of mins yesterday when my order for the pink duo was cancelled. I was at the checkout within seconds of it going live but it took 3 goes to go through and 6 hours later I got the dreaded email. 😭However I’ve always been lucky before and know limited edition means limited edition with Pat and there’s always going to be people who miss out. I guess this time wasn’t my time. It’s disappointing but I’ve had a lot worse disappointments than this in my life. DR II in black was still in stock so I ordered that and the pink lip trio. I’m still excited for DR II because ultimately I want it for the product not the case colour. Really enjoyed your video 🌹🌹💖

I will never try to give in to #FOMO however hard it **IS** to resist. This is the first time I didn’t buy a Mothership. I got Jeffree Star Cremated instead. I find a cool neutral to be more useful FOR MYSELF for ev day, but I hope you all will enjoy your palettes I came by to see the palette set in motion no intent to buy, but to see the hype in action. Alicia’s enthusiasm is contagious infectious & I’m an Alicia stan (in case you wonder why I’m watching a PMGL video when I dislike the brand.) she did a good job anyways you would have to be blind not to see how beautifully curated this DR 2 is.
