I know this is an older post/recording, but it doesn't diminish the value of the artists' contribution. In this time of COVID, connecting by music and family has been super important to so many of us. As a dad myself, I must commend Jack for cultivating the arts at the most basic level. Molly is a force both vocally and with her six string (sometimes banjo - don't give that up Molly). Molly is equally talented as a song writer - most inspiring! Makes me wonder where someone so young has become so insightful. All said, I gotta ask, where/how does someone of Molly's age come up with lyrics that resonate through the decades? With that, I'll confess my admiration for the kids that grew up in musical families (Jack - all praise), and ..the music camps (musician parents - if not for you, all of us would be lost). Yup, this is what it is all about

@@truthBtold99 Garrison corrected himself at the end by referring to the Tuttles as father and daughter. Earlier, after saying that he was too old to be Jack's son, he probably had "son" on his mind and just made a simple mistake. Perhaps you are being a bit too hard on this society.

Garrison, when my Corn gets ripe ,I listen for it to call me to the field and tell me I am ready to pick it take about 6 seconds to shuck it and another 60 seconds to put it boiling water 3-4 Minutes done butter salt sit down and give grace before I touch the corn that is fresh corn on the cob.

Your guess would be very wrong. There are many better at that level. Olsen and Collings come to mind. However Molly plays brands such as Preston Thompson guitars. And lately started playing Huss and Dalton guitars. Martins are no where near the top. Not anymore. Sorry.

This is the perfect speed for this tune. Too many bluegrass artists get hung upon trying to clip a tenth of a second off the world's record for playing a song.
