    It's crystal clear I need to move to Australia lol. Wahoo, Mack, African Pompano (Pennant Fish), Marlin, and Reef Fish all in 1 day. I've shot the same Pelagics, but on way different trips, and several different areas. Hell of a Day!!!!!

    Brilliant Tim! Would love to see a video on shark behaviour when spearing. I think you'd be a great person to talk on the topic because youve had so much exposure to them over the years. Eg- (sharks) Moving up the water column, when to leave a spot because of a change in temperament, what to do when getting charged etc etc

    Hey Tim, love your videos, l have become a massive fan, l'm just wondering why you spear marlin? Cheers

    • @Spearfishing-Downunder
      @Spearfishing-Downunder  Год назад

      Hey mate
      Thanks for that!
      We spear the Marlin because the are one of the most sustainable species of fish, they have incredible growth rate, similar to Mahi Mahi this marlin would be around 1 year old. Compared to most reef fish this makes them way more sustainable
      Also there are huge amounts of them.
      To add to that as you can see in the vid they taste great!!

    • @peterwright2987
      @peterwright2987 Год назад

      Oh, ok, there you go then, l was always under the impression that they weren't that great eating. Love watching your videos, l have recently gotten into my love for spearfishing but unfortunately, due to bad genetics, l have a hard time equalizing below 5m. Your vids make me look forward to doing what you do so much, thanks.@@Spearfishing-Downunder
