    Hi Alan, just watched Great Gable and Haystacks in tandem, I think your videos are worthy of a UK poet laureate award, they are poetry. Can't imagine this experience having been better documented. I'm sad, because there are (at the minute) no more uploads, but that must be your matter, you are not underyoked by anyone, nor by me. I so much wish for more AGA videos in my inbox, you are an absolute master. But this is your decision only, I'm not interfering. Best wishes to my favourite RUclipsr ever. ATB, Paul xx

      @@alangregoryadventuresthegr992 I mean it, Alan, and I'd say that in front of the queen. I rewatch for pleasure some of your vids occasionally, but there's enough Yorkshireman in me not to want to comment every time, I feel I've said my stuff. But I'm subscribed, so we'll keep in touch. All the best my friend, take care of Northumberland for me, Paul

    Great video! What is amazing me as I watch these is the mountains of the Highlands seem not so much ‘climbable’ as they are ‘walkable ‘

    • @alangregoryadventuresthegr992
      @alangregoryadventuresthegr992  5 лет назад

      After agree... one thing i have also noticed, how much quieter the mountain's in the highlands are compared to the lake district. They both have their own unique beauty and so lucky to choose different locations to walk and enjoy in the U.K. Thanks again for watching and commenting. ATB ALAN GREGORY 🕺🕺🕺

    That was great. Where exactly was the shot taken of Roger Daltry climbing the mountain at the end of Tommy? He looks like he’s got sheer rock walls on each side of him, as if he is in a gully of some sort.
