Hi .Ive just bought this. When I attach one of the tools (attachments) to the hose, the dirt blows out of the hole where the hose goes in when not in use😮 The manual says to make sure to switch the dial to the tool setting. Im guessing that its 5, the highest setting as it has a picture of the pet hair attachment above it. Im really confused. 😕 Can you help please?

that small brush is too noisy and I said from the start it will not last and this morning mine just ripped apart. bad patent
Because the machine is very powerful, that brush spins at a very high speed. You will not need it all the time except when you have lots of pet hair
