It’s also a double entendre, saying on the mic or on the Mike as in Michael Jordan, it’s either 23 or not 23. Again, you’re either the best or the GOAT or you’re not. That’s the attitude, the passion, the skill, you’re supposed to hold the mic with or bring to the game.
