Did you get your orange? Hahaha🥳
Your words on addiction and quitting really brought me to tears. Thank you so much for being real. You are a real inspiration.
Nashville going to be lit😉🔥👍
Yo, this guy must be rubbing off on me, I haven't had a drink in over 20 days and out fishing yesterday I said "yo, what's up" to pelicans, dolphins and sea lions. Keep it up and be safe Chad.
Good going on the 20+ days. You got this
💯 feel this I'm with you bro ✌️❤️ 🎣 🛹
I’m kicking opiates now. Sucks but doable. Chad’s excursion helps for sure. 🤘 Good luck to you.
@@Bowmannn get your mind out the gutter you goofy muppet, I'm talking about his influence and motivation, your making your self look childish and immature.
the yoooooo to animals has definitely caught on lol
Chad! You're doing a major service to the community. Watching has gotten me up and pushing. Thank you!
at least 50 miles a day, right? hahaha =]
Hey, Chad. I've been watching this every day on my lunch break at the nuclear plant where I work. Your drive inspires me. I run a small record label & make music, have a spouse & children, & absolutely no "spare" time, but people like you continually show me the value in spending the time & energy that I do have, in the most effective way possible. I don't want to waste a moment. Thanks for doing what you do. Be safe out there. Love from Augusta, GA.
I feel this. This is almost word for word my life as well. So I’m with ya man. Much love.
What's your record label?

Rarely reply, but hell yeah. Sweet comment and thanks for sharing =]
Homer ???
By far my favorite part of this series so far has been you passing every animal you see saying YEEOOOOO………….Whaaadddupp?
😂😂😂
This man is changing lives by skating across America. Chad you are a hero.
Love it hope you keep on traveling and skating
you're the goat dude this is really special
Chad!!! I’m starting to root for your wheels as hard as I root for you! Hang in there all five of you!!!
"Those guys are reckless" immediately cuts to a shot of those reckless wheels! Love it!
wheels going in a museum after this
Salud !! When you edit start to finish, watch how much your hat has faded...Blessings to You 😇😁
Once you face your sobriety head on and embrace it, you'll wonder why it took so long to make the change. I passed the 8 year mark a couple months ago and I feel great, best ever! Anyone out there contemplating making the change, Chad's right, it's like ripping off a band-aid.... and ripping it off never felt so great. You can do it!
You’re making a big impact for a lot of people dude. Hugely influential. Shred on!
That wheel is looking gnarly
I can't say anything better than everyone in the comments for the last 40 videos but you're a true inspiration. You don't even need to be open with the viewers about your personal life but you do because you find that being a better person for yourself is being a better person for everybody else around you too. At least that was the vibe I got from your video where you talked about quitting smoking. Anyway, you've touched a lot of people and it's admirable what you're doing man.
For 41 days you’ve kept me entertained after work
💯💯💯
Stay safe
Love that the more east you get...the earlier we get you vids on the west coast haha
Man’s getting jet lag on a skateboard!
That is one chunky wheel!
The advice at 8:20 about addiction and procrastination is spot on. When you're an addict there is never going to be a good time to quit. You will constantly come up with excuses to use/drink/smoke, because that is the nature of addiction. Your brain has literally been rewired to chase that reward, and make excuse not to stop. Rip the band aid off. The best time to stop will always be NOW. If you find you cant do it by yourself, there is no shame in asking for help.
Or just put a new bandaid on every day, eventually that won’t be enough, you get a bigger bandage
Skating in Jackson, Tennessee is the best place to explore the adventure of this place.
Barking dogs “those guys are reckless “ 😂😂😂😂😂😂 idk why I cracked up so bad to it
That Yooo business is contagious 😂 got me saying it to everyone and everything lately. My kid wakes up and instead of goodmorning sweetheart it's "yooo"
your dedication to experience every aspect of the road without walking is my favourite part of this
Sending you and your wheels the best vibes 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 also I’ve been clean for 3+years. Opiates are a bitch. You’re a huge motivator man. I appreciate you so much. I look forward to your videos every morning, gonna be bummed when you get done with your trip. ❤❤
I hope that they will be thousands of people waiting at the cross line😊,
I know already that I'm going to cry.
It will be so emotional..
God bless you
ethan seems like a super nice dude! enjoy that morning cruise brotherrrrr
Hell yeah everyday I been practicing my kick flips I get them standing still almost every time but now rolling I landed a few rolling the other day I had to give my groin some rest as it got really tight so I’m back today!!! Back to them kickflips!!! I get them high and pop quick just my landing with both feet I’m getting there!!! Thanks for the motivation!!! I started skating a little after Covid
I'm bummed I didn't get to meet up with you in Memphis but maybe I can catch up with you around Nashville. What you said about addiction is really insightful. Mental health has been a journey for me in a lot of similar ways that recovery has been for others. Identity was the main barrier, or at least it was for me. I didn't want to be another version of myself. Before I began taking medication for my anxiety disorder I was a different person. At a certain point I couldn't go on with the way things were. Making that decision to get treatment for my mental health was extremely hard but ultimately changed my life for the better in immeasurable ways. I wish I could share this discovery with my former self but instead I must settle with being honest to others in the present.
What you're doing is bigger than you. You're really making an impact by journeying across the U.S and connecting with people by sharing your story. Many are unable to communicate to you what a powerful and positive influence you have in their lives. Keep pushing my friend.
That lake with the cow at the 2:39 mark , beautiful place man .. wow.
It's so cool to read the comments daily.
Those wheels, bro! 🤣😂🤣😂 So great. So great. Keep rolling!
Dude, I love you bro. You inspire me
Watching everyday at lunch is great man. Makes me even more excited to skate after work
The guy that came out to meet you is a Saint!
What’s up Chad, seeing you do this has inspired me to start skating long distances myself and challenge myself in a similar way as you. I want to start training to do a skate across my home state of Illinois. If I end up going for it I’m going to film a similar video to yours and give you full credit as my inspiration. Thanks for being rad! Keep pushing homie ✌️
Day 41, and it feels like you just started a week ago.
Best part of your journey for me would be the people you meet along the way.
Stay safe, God bless
Love how a cow and a person are greeted the same :) lovely vibes!
Good advice about sobriety. I am without weed for about 5 months and without alcohol for a little over 4 years. Skating has been a great help. Stay safe, keep pushing!
Meeting randoms that turn up to say hello must give you such a boost. Love it!
you probably already know this but damn that shit is inspiring and you're giving the energy to get back up to a lot of people from what I see (uncluding myself) so i just wanna say thank you! it goes way deeper than that but I'm sure you get the point
The coolest thing is seeing how strong the community is in every little corner of the country.
Hey Chad, I just wanted to add my voice to the many and say that your videos have been the best thing to get me out of the stay-at-home parent blues. I've been doing my best to metaphorically push hard no matter the ground/weather and always say whaddup to the cows along the way.
It’s funny that no matter what level or style of skateboarding you’re into… as soon as we see cones, it’s slalom time!
Yo I love that you say that to the cows!😄🤘 Big ups
We all love it. It's hilarious.
As always so much love and solidarity to you Chad. I appreciated your advice about quitting an addiction. One thing that I know is super hard to do but was what helped me was to make definite other plans with people who will support you in getting out of addiction. For example, if you end your night drinking yourself to sleep, find something to replace that with and a friend who will keep you to that. Even if you mess up don’t give up. You deserve to have control of your life and when you’re addicted to substance abuse or similar you aren’t free. ❤
Super dope
Chad knows a bail is coming when one finally breaks.
Yo bro love from my Gotta say is a far away land called Nepal, my wife is deceased from alcohol, and I’m still trying to pick up the pieces of her lies. I didn’t start skating until I was 20 some to practice snowboarding. Skateboarding and snowboarding have taught me desire for practice. Keep up the push push.
Hey mate, you are amazing we all knew that most of us Skaters have a great outlook on life. But the way you went through those witches hats nearly made me cry the freedom, 46-year-old skateboarder and I still love it. I look the same way I think the same way but beware struggling artist which I am, but once again wow which is hats, witches hats, which is at amazing.
Those wheels have gone where no skateboard wheel has ever gone. Ethan forgot to give you the orange😂😂😂😂😂
I appreciate what you doing Chad. Big ups and one Love 🙏
Great job man. This is crazy, I am happy I was recommended this.
Chad, you are the coolest dude. I’m rooting for you!
Another day! Killer advice again. If one can quit drinking without detox, do it right then. Cause physical addiction is what's next. Keep on truckin man!
Yeah Nashville is about to hit monsoon season
This just keeps getting better, god I love it
Haul ass now bromigo you got this....the cow was like No WAY...took the switch words right out my mouth lol ..keep it up
These are just 100x sweeter comming home from the park 💪
"I think somewhere in Texas that happened" So wild that you literally were skating in Texas like a week ago and now you're halfway across Tennessee!
You're an inspiration! What an adventure!!!
Chad, you are awesome. Beard is looking good! You should shave it as part of a communicating activity at the final destination. Symbolic of the end of your journey. It will always grow back unless you keep it at bay, like so many things...Roll on dude.
You got me looking at my old wheels I’ve replaced like, there’s probably a lot more life in these things. A few chunks is nothing!
The weather is nice out there, here in Finland it's still raining snow :/
Good PUSH.
Making a change starts with the decision to change. Just make the decision.
You have to frame those wheels or something when you're done. Can't believe they've lasted that long!
unbelievable that you are still on the road with these wheels. that's what I call sustainability 😎
Keep rolling, you are an inspiration 💪
these videos have been keeping me grounded
It's been mad rain and tornadoes from Indiana on east. Good luck. Be good family.
Such an awesome journey. Thank you for sharing this interesting perspective!
Dude is a legend! Forest Gump 'just started running vibes' ❤
You're like my wife with the maps Chad... and just like her, you remain totally calm and collected despite a wrong turn or whatever dead end you got to! I'd be wise to follow suite a stay more calm in general.
Great attitude as usual. One day at a time
Hey Chad. Just wanted to say hello from France. You also have supporters also here :) ! I’m 47 , started to skate around 13 and still practice. You are super inspirational. I have been following you for couple of years now. I watch your path every night while my son go to sleep. Keep that extra positive mindset and stay safe 🤙🏻
Great job keep pushing, watching this has become daily ritual for inspiration.
Like I noticed in another comment, I hope you change wheels before hard weather sets in, would hate to see you go down especially in those conditions.
Thanks for the inspiration, puts a lot of things in perspective for me.
You're killing it!!! Nashville bound; keep pushing!!!
Killing it chad, May the roads and winds work in your direction today much love for makin dreams into reality keep on pushing chad
Dangit. You're going right under where I live, in Clarksville. I would of love to break out my Street Plant, Mike Vallely double tail and cruze with you a bit!
Safe travels 🤙🛹💯
You're gonna have to donate those wheels to the Skateboarding Hall of Fame/Museum! Also, I agree 100% about just deciding it's the time to quit things like drinking etc. instead of talking about it. Just do it! There is never gonna be "the right time". I'm never looking back...#thankyouskateboarding
Welcome to the South my friend! Come and stay a while!
Love what your doing man kwep it up
You are doing such a good thing here Chad, stay extra highly blessed bro!
Thank you, Lord, for giving me new life. I surrender my life to You and ask that You use me where You want to use me. You have given me hope and security and made me a citizen of Your kingdom. Fill me with Your Spirit, so that I may live a life worthy of Your name for Your kingdom’s sake. In Jesus’ name, amen.
After I miss a couple of videos, the first thing I always look for is if you’re still on the original wheels.
are you trying to see if those wheels will make the whole trip? 🤣👍
Keep it up Chad! I just wanted to say you helped me quit smoking weed. You’re an inspiration my guy
Congrats on solving a non problem. I’m gonna quit eating tomatoes big inspiration
@@Ottophil your immaturity and ignorance for the subject of addiction is sad. Grow up and stop spreading nonsensical toxicity on a channel about doing the opposite.
Jfc
lets go brotha becareful crazy drivers peace
Someone’s gotta make a “Yo, what’s up?” compilation. It’s good stuff.
Yeah, Camden and the Kentucky lake area is where it starts getting hilly. It’s pretty up there or it was when I used to go to summer camp up there 30 sumpthin years ago. Stay safe homie, we’re loving the vids.
Thx for the motivation and the daily vlogs!!
Keep pushing dude!! Safe travels 🤘🤘🔥🔥❤️
Have you taken any days off yet? Do you plan to?
Just keep in mind this time of year in the southeast when it says rain it often means pop-up afternoon showers or thunderstorms after the heat builds up so much of the time each day before that things are actually dry. Not sure the forecast for your exact riding area but I know next week looks much warmer than this week etc. Which is more seasonal.
Once you get to VA Beach we’re gonna need you to turn around and go back!
Love you brother you are an inspiration ❤️
Your wheels are giving me anxiety
Man... if I lived anywhere along the route I'd get in my car and drive behind him for about 20 miles or so with hazards on to keep him safe (especially if it was raining) Stay safe Chad! We love ya man!
Just wanna say its been a joy watching these videos. Only wish they were 4k, YT compression is killing this epic journey! Either way I'll still be watching, Be safe and keep it pushing 🛹🛹
I put a pair of cruiser wheels on my board last week and thought to my self wow these are beat up ( 1 yr old set) I'm never gonna think that again after the miles chad has racked up on that set baha 😂
Have you found anything interesting on the side of the road?
Hey Chad, now that you are getting closer, when do you think you'll be in VB? I'd love to meet you there as I'll be in town for a few days too.
That wheel look like a stop sign
