You sir are what my guide friends refer to as "a stick." Maybe one day I'll get there. For now, hanging at better than average. One of my favorite parts of the state. Love that area.
Great Video! I was just there a few days ago and the NDT cut the sagebrush and grass along the edge within the last week or two, no more places to hide, but less chances of getting snagged too. It seems all the big fish spooked away, mostly smaller 10" left. Hopefully things settle down soon, I need a few 20's...
I didn't realized there were less steep access here. I only explored the steep stuff should have drove around more. Sun was in my eyes in the late afternoon should've fished it in the morning. Maybe I'll stop by again next time I find myself up there. Nice catching!
"Sierra's" what? An apostrophe indicates ether possession (as in "that is Bob's house) or contraction (as in shortening you are to you're) If you used autocorrect it put the apostrophe there because it was trying to make sense of your misspelling. Sierra is already plural. It does not have an "s" on the end of it.

Damn it's been over a decade since I've fish that place. You're giving me the itch to stop there again. Nice work!
That’s a unique place to fish. Glad to see there still thriving in there.
This man is a straight up tactical fisher
Wow, what a day! Quality fish, great job.
Awesome!! Love the soundtrack!

That was just top-notch.
Stealth is a must , nice job 👍🏼
Nice fish man! yeah stealth is key with that kind of water.
Was this hot creek?
Hi. Nice vid. What was your setup? What flies were working for you? Thanks
Hot Creek? 7x seems necessary in that clear water!
Nice catch!
Damn what a session.
Were you using dry dropper? Beautiful fish.
Yup all the fish came on the dropper end of a dry dropper setup
Outstanding morning.
So where is this? Looks like upper/lower hot creek. Have a narrative for viewer.
@@davidmaxwell1821 In between Bishop and Bridgeport. Exploring is the fun part and this place isn’t hard to find.
thought this was gonna be a hot creek vid based on title. nice fish
I cannot for the life of me figure the location out on this
@@NativeHatch it's a rad spot, tough to fish cause the fish are spooky and can get super toasty hot. I was just there this week and it was in the 90's
nice job...

Thanks! Totally missed that lol
I figured out where this is on Google Maps
@@mrepix8287 Finding it is the easy part. Good luck catching them!
Dude… give me a clue been looking all day!
@@chrispina9178It’s catch-and-release only
This place is not a secret and is far from being the most technical water on the Eastside
Never said it was a secret but it's definitely technical. Where do you think is harder?
@@Eric_Risen Big Springs and Hot Creek they tend to only hit on very small drys
Shhhhhhhhhhh......
