- Landscaped another new house build with the demo KX085-5 then the machine went away. Then loaded my machine ready to go down to Truckfest Scotland in Edinburgh. On Thursday I was down at NNC CITB college in Glasgow to meet some people who are interested in apprenticeships. From there I went over to Mellex's yard for Truckshow prep and got to go do a job with them to.

You definitely need to invest in a loader or loader/backhoe for jobs like that then you can move the soil straight to where you want it without the need for a dumper and it can be spread straight out as you go, the 4 in 1 bucket is a great tool for that job.
Another great video and a busy busy week, and it looked like the only day that rained was the day you needed to spread topsoil 😭😭

Another epic video I really do enjoy a Sunday morning with a coffee watching the most beautiful digger woman ever. I use the same grease gun as you and agree cleaning the tracks is the worst job of being a digger operator hope you and family are well and roll on next week's video 👌

It is great to see how you look after your machines, I was always told look after your gear and it looks after you. You are a great advocate for citb with your attitude to work. Your ethos with making sure equipment hired is always in good order when it goes back is spot on. Treat as if it were one of yours and you will always get the right service from the hire company or who ever you are borrowing it from 👍

Excellent video as always with plenty of varied content. I don't know where you get the time and energy to keep it all going. Dipper cam is a brilliant idea. A small one that goes on his collar would be an interesting view of the day. Looking forward to next week's upload

Hello. It's nice that you have shown us some lovely views. Yous are spoiled these days with fancy trucks. I was brought up with Leyland, AEC, Scammel, guy, ERF, Foden, Albion, Atkinson. A lot of these trucks would have been used in allover the world. Long before Scania and Volvo and others.

Another great video, although your at work it's not like being at work which is as good as it gets. Could you not get a 1000L IBC and a pressure washer/ generator so you can go to the plant to make the cleaning easier and quicker as that has to be the worse job you have.

I wouldnie worry about obstructing the road to load a machine. Tourists stop in random places all the time. Mellex truck looks a absolutely gorgeous.

TBH there so much pointless FLUFF for uni degrees these days, id say apprenticehsips are worth FAR more in the real world.
know for a fact ive picked people with experience over people who went and pratted around at uni to work with.
just all seemed far lazier and out of date than the guys who put a bit of effort in and got some actual experience.
