The extra legs would work great for a Killa Kan conversion. This was a no-Brainboy purchase for an Ork player. As bits they are perfect for kit-bashing a Big Mek or giving cybernetic parts to other characters, especially good for Nobz.
They're smaller than I expected but I got them for $25 (thanks to Amazon credit) so can't really complain. They came in two identical sprues so there are a few extra parts that I'm totally gonna use for custom builds.
Yea Rob thanks for this review I'm truly thinking I might get this set to add to my death guard collection
Thank you for the vid Rob I got a box of these coming in today and I cannot wait to build them up
Really wish there were Blackstone Fortress rules for these!
Could always try making up your own. There's a chaos ogryn coming our next week so might be able to make up some rules using that as a base
Might use some ambots as ogryn bodyguards
Cool. I love videos were they build the kit and you usually don't so I'm extra happy!
dude those legs with a sentinel top to make a goofy grot tank
you could also use them to make custom iron hands centurions or aggressors
I wish you could use these with a GS cult.
Maybe a proxy bladed cog patriarch
Do it in a narrative game. In a Genestealer infected society they would totally have access to them. They have a mining equipment theme running through their weapons. This is a no brainer
What a dope kit!!!
2 of these + 1 "tech marine" centurion in a squad maybe... For my hereteks
the difference between ambot A and B is the pose of the left arm, and the leg and waist poses. theoretically one can put the A top on B bottom with little difficulty
salvage version of a killacan for the ork
savage*
Looks awesome
Mega nobs and Warboss’
When you say extra legs do you actually get three pairs of legs in the box? or an extra for each model so four in total?
Ooooh yes i can use them as a alternative for kastellan robots in my admech army! Finally some new technical stuff i can convert :)
Would you say they are about the size of a Kastelan robot?
Thinking they could be a cool alternative to Big Hero 6.
Does the kit come with a rules sheet?
Are these in the Mechanicum Codex? I would like to use them in my Ad Mech army if I could.
Orc Nob bash kit could work on those legs.
But actually how big is it? What are the dimensions in centimeters? I'm planing on getting a feldherr foam tray for all my current and upcoming Necromunda purchases so I'm trying to work out how big the compartments for them need to be!
What happened to the setting lore with all these robots returning?
take out the head, put an imperial guard head and half torso deep in the recess (like in a terminator armour) = exoarmour bullgryn equivalent (with some discount, this would be almost same cost than actual bullgryn kits but much more cooler and much less abhuman heresy)
take the legs, put an armoured sentinel cockpit on top, arms of this kit on the side of the cockpit = a more guard-looking bullgryn equivalent (more expensive too)
Philip Zen im actually looking to do this for my guard. Happen to have any pics of these conversions?
so what are the rules for it?
idk don't play necromunda unfortunately... forgive me.
@@spikeybitstv wait, so it doesn't come with any datasheet or something?
@@graysilverfox1067 nerp nothing for 40k or necromunda
@@spikeybitstv really weird, guess they are just for proxy or conversions then
Rules are in the Gang War Necromunda suppliments (which are available in book form) as far as I'm aware.
darn you cant do two that be why i will get it like my arenle one see as go
This was a mild pain in the ass to assemble. The right arm felt like it was missing a piece to attach to the torso.
Well as long as GW can save a little on development cost....
I turned mine into kasterlan robots ngl they look adorable XD OWO
How could I play this as a fluffy chaos model?!
I remember the days of metal figures in the 90s. I cannot believe you guys will pay that much for plastic lol!
I do enjoy Snowflakes videos most of the time.
They barely fit those 40mm bases.
....This is kinda orky
Don't waist your time he doesn't tell the height. 😐
He actually compares it to many other miniatures so ya you can tell pretty easily.... 🙄
