    MATERIALS
    🔺 5 pieces of dry dough
    FOR SAUCE
    🔺 1 glass of milk
    🔺 1 cup of yogurt
    🔺 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil or olive oil
    🔺 3 eggs (the yolk of 1 will be brushed on)
    FOR INTERNAL MORTAR
    🔺 Cheese (I used curd cheese and fatty cheese mixed)
    🔺 A few sprigs of parsley
    IMPORTANT NOTES
    🔺 Let's run the dry yufkas through the water. Let's not get wet. Normally you can do it easily under the tap, I just dipped it out of the tray for shooting.
    🔺 Let's put it on a table cloth and cover it so that the wet dough will absorb the excess water. If we spread it wet, our pastry will become dough.
    🔺 Let's rest the phyllo dough for 10-15 minutes so that it becomes soft.
    🔺 I used a 40 cm tray. I laid out greaseproof paper and started laying the phyllo sheets. At the end of each phyllo dough, I poured a little sauce, a little stuffing, and spread it. I covered the last sheet of dough on it. I added the egg yolk that I separated to the remaining sauce and spread it on top. I kept it like this for 1 hour. It will make a very delicious pastry as it will absorb the sauce better.
    🔺 I cooked it on a lower shelf in the middle of the heated oven at 190 degrees upside down. Let's be in control though.
    🔺 As soon as it is cooked, let's cover it well so that it is soft.
    🔺 If you want, you can apply oil after laying oil paper and start laying the dough. The bottom will be more fried 👍
    🔺 I sprinkled the inner mortar little by little after each coat. If you want, you can put the whole mortar when it comes to the middle. But when you put it right in the middle and cook, the other layers may be more doughy.
    The cup size I use: 200 ml
    The size of the tea cup I use: 125 ml
