I really need your thoughts on this. I noticed a few things with the one I bought and I want to ask if it's normal or if it's a defect so I could return it.
1st: My measuring wheel does not lay flat when placed in the Powder Container. I tried pushing it but it always seems to be tilted to one side.
2nd: Due to the measuring wheel's tilt, after placing the locking cover, the stirring wheel does not click properly.
3rd: After several attempts to get that stirring wheel "click" and stability, after turning on the machine and using it, the powder container starts bouncing and as a result the stirring wheel becomes loose again.
I'm this close to returning, looking toward to your valuable response. Thanks!
Yeah that doesn’t sound right. Ours laid flat, no tilt. It should “snap” into place and lay flat. It has been quite awhile since we have used it at this point so I’m sorry I can’t help more, but I do remember we did have a similar problem and it turned out we weren’t putting enough strength into it because we were afraid to break it. I think you also have to line it up correctly.

Thanks for the review! I’ll be a new mom soon and heard about the baby brezza. I also appreciate the honesty and transparency with the last bit of information. I’ve watched a couple of reviews and no one really mentioned how it is possible for it to be defective and how much of a hassle it is to get them to send a replacement! So my question is even after you got a defective one, would you still recommend it? Liked and subscribed. :)
Yes, despite how much of a pain it was to get a replacement, it is 110% worth it! We honestly kept asking each other how did people get by without one of these amazing machines.

Great review brotha! I wanted to get this for my friend but I didn't want to give then something that could potentially add more work for them as far as cleaning the machine or even worrying them about underfeeding the baby. I guess as long as they clean it good it shouldn't be a problem. Do you have any problems with mold build up?
Thanks! We never had a problem with mold build up. The notification it gave us to clean it helped make sure of that. The only time you may get mold build up is if you don’t clean the catch tray that holds the bottle because some formula may drip into it.
